The villa is on 3 levels and is comfortably furnished offering you space inside or out to relax and chill and to enjoy a holiday in the sun. The pool has Roman steps for easier access with sunbeds and seating to make the most of the sun, for those who prefer some shade you can sit under the bedroom terrace area. The BBQ dining area offers you a choice for alfresco dining. Excellent for all ages with golf courses, horse riding, cinema, water parks not far from the villa.

Changeover day
We are flexible with booking dates, the check in time is 4pm, and the check out time is 11am. We will try and accommodate guests as much as we can.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, hob, fan, integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, free standing fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, plus eating area.
Utility Room: The utility room is sited on the side terrace of the villa and houses the cleaning equipment, washing machine and drier. There is also an airer that is free standing and another which is fixed to the wall.
Living Rooms: There are 2 leather sofas, ornate glass coffee table, wooden lamp table, flat screen TV, standard lamp, pictures, glass topped ornate dining table, wooden seats, 2 large dressers and writing table, windows with curtains, sunblinds and shutters.
Other: All windows are fitted with sunblinds, plus exterior shutters for keeping the house cool plus added bonus for security.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Clean linen will be provided on a weekly basis for guests staying over 7 days. The pool and terrace area will also be checked, cleaned and maintained accordingly.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is a no smoking area, we have provided seating areas around the exterior of the property, we politely request guests to respect this.
Linen, towels supplied. Baby cot, highchair, stair gate will be provided for free please advise when booking. A welcome pack will be provided for guests on arrival.

Accessibility
The villa has a stepped access which would be a problem for wheel chair users. The house is on 3 floors, and 3 bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the 1st floor. The kitchen, lounge dining room and separate wc are on the ground floor, the 4th bedroom is located on the lower ground floor.

Outside
The villa is accessed through a gated garden with shrubs and trees. The BBQ area is on the side aspect of the property and can accessed from the kitchen door or rear patio door off the dining area. The pool approx 4metres x 6metres, has Roman steps for easy access and has sunbeds, plus a variety of seats to chill and relax. The BBQ area also has a sink, useful for when cooking, plus a wooden dining set to entertain. There is also space for airers for drying your laundry or beach towels.
Please ensure infants and children are monitored whilst in the pool area as it is Spanish law for children under 14 years of age must be supervised by and adult.

Coast/Beach
The villa is a 10 minute walk from the Fanabe beach promenade which has sun beds with parasols to chill out and relax, with watersports, jet skis, paragliding a vast range of activities, bike rides, crazy golf, trampolines, to name a few.
The marina of Puerto Colon is 20 mins walk, have a variety of boat trips, and activities for all ages.

Golf
The Adeje Golf championship course is 2.5kms away including the Los Lagos course. Playa de las Americas course is 2kms away, and there are Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf which are 25 mins drive from the villa. There is also the Abhama course further up the coast in between Playa San Juan and Los Gigantes.

Special interest holidays
Whilst Tenerife offers virtually all year round sunshine, for those wanting to do activities instead Tenerife has a lot to offer. From beautiful beaches to walks along the coastline, or if you prefer treks in the National Park up and around Mount Teide. Water sports, fishing, diving, paragliding, whales and dolphin trips, museums too numerous to mention, the local tourist board have details have up to date info. The nearest one is located on the fanabe beach, 10 mins walk.

Travel
The Reina Sofia, Tenerife South airport is a 20 minute drive away, taxis are about 24 euros, and are always available, some companies even offer minibus services to cater for larger groups. Car hire can also be done prior to your arrival if you prefer, there are several Auto Reisen, Hertz, Gold are some, and they do deals at the airport if you have not prebooked but you change your mind on arrival.

Further details
The villa is centrally located in the El Duque area amongst the 5* hotels and the elite Bahia del Duque resort. There are literally within walking distance 4 commercial centres offering cafes, bars, restaurants to suit all tastes, gift shops, designer shops, banks, cash machines, chemists, plus the supermarkets for stocking up on provisions if choosing to eat in.
Transport links are good, taxis are nearby plus a bus terminus for those wishing to go and explore the island. There is also a free bus service to the Siam water park which is a 10 min drive away, and sometimes offers are twinned with the Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz.
There are 3 golf courses within a 4kms area and 2 more within 20 kms, there is also a fitness centre next to the Adeje Golf, which has a gym, volleyball, squash courts, Olympic size swimming pool lanes and a race track will be added in the future.
There are also spas for relaxation and massage, some also have tennis courts. and horse riding stables are 3kms in Fanabe.
For children, there is also go karts, bowling, trampolines, all nearby, plus a multi cinema 1.5kms away which do show English films, situated in the Gran Sur shopping centre.

Booking notes
A £200 deposit per week will be required to reserve the villa which can be paid via paypal or card. The balance can be paid on arrival either in euros or sterling. We request that a £400 security bond to be paid on arrival incase of damages whilst staying in the villa, this will be returned to you within 10 days if no damage has been caused. Please ensure you have the required holiday insurance for your stay incase of lost luggage, ill health or accident.
