Luxury new executive 4 bedroom villa with front-line golf situation on the exclusive Fuerteventura Golf Resort, near Caleta de Fuste. The villa has both a roof sun terrace with panoramic views and a large sunbathing area surrounding an individually designed heated pool and adjoining children's pool. Interior comprises 4 double bedrooms, the main bedroom having en-suite facilities, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and lounge/diner. The facilities of the golf course and the 5 star hotel are on your doorstep. Directly opposite the golf resort are excellent leisure and commercial facilities including shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, bowling and a large supermarket. The resort of Caleta de Fuste is a 10 minute walk, as is a fantastic sandy beach.

| Living Rooms: | Spacious open plan lounge with 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and one 2 seater. The dining area has seating for 8 people. There is digital TV and DVD player supplied. Overhead ceiling fan fitted. |
| Other: | Outside there is also a covered patio area with allows shade all day long, great for the children to play under or to sit and relax in the cool. Outside is a staircase to the roof terrace which has spectacular views of the sea and golf course.. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedrooms are supplied with bed linen, bathrooms with towels and kitchen with tea towels. If you are staying for a second week then the villa will be cleaned again and all towels and bed linen will be changed. Beach towels are not supplied. |

If pool heating is required there is an additional charge of £50 per week.

Outside
Individually designed private heated pool with slide and an adjoining children's pool. The terraces surrounding the pool create an idylic setting for enjoying the year round sunshine by day and al-fresco dining in the evening. There are plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ and an upstairs terrace. The views of this villa with it's frontline golf position are spectacular.
Coast/Beach
A 10 min walk alongside the golf course takes you to some of the islands most beautiful beaches. These sheltered bays have been created so that families with children can enjoy shallow, clear water in safety. These manmade lagoon beaches have fine golden sand and are safe for children to swim in. You will also find a stylish restaurant and bar located off the coast between the beaches, reached via a bridge/walkway. Costa Caleta beach takes approx 5 mins by car where you can surf, jet ski etc.
Golf
Situated on Fuerteventura Golf Course which hosted the 2004 Canary Open Championship. The course is a par 71 extending 6078m, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5 gently climbs to a well protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dog leg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play on. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play, even in the middle of the day due to the constant cooling breeze.

Fuerteventura Airport approx 10 - 15 minute drive.
Distances
Caleta de Fuste is a 15 minute walk from the villa.
Further details
A 25 minute drive to a brand new water park, a 25 minute drive to the Botanical Garden and Zoo. An excellent island for wind surfing and all water sports.
Booking notes
£200 deposit per week is required on booking. Full payment required within 8 weeks of stay. We do not take any responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island. We cannot accept any responsibility for maintenance/repair works which may be undertaken by any other villa on the golf course.
