The property is situated close to Commercial Centro San Eugenio, shopping, restaurants, banks, cash point machine, medical facilities, taxis, public transport and car hire. Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas are in close proximity to San Eugenio (5 kilometers).

Settled happily into the lifestyle of a "swallow" living a retirement in a sunny climate but also able to get back to the UK to be part of my well loved family and friends !
