This is a large new luxury villa all on one level with split level sun terrace. The higher level runs along the side of the villa giving all bedrooms access to patio with pergola. The main bedroom having its own semi private sheltered dining area, perfect for breakfast overlooking mountain views or shade for very hot days. The lower level has a stunning roman style heated pool with lights and ample patio furniture and mobile barbecue. Children will have plenty of room to play in the large garden which has plenty of flora and is surrounded by a high wall and security gate. All bedrooms lead off the main hall with two having twin beds and is opposite the main bathroom. The master bedroom is en suite with double bed. The open plan lounge/dining room has views to the sea and mountains with satellite TV, CD and DVD player. This villa offers excellent accommodation and is 5 mins to shops/bars and 10 mins to the beach so no car needed.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has fans in every room and all bedrooms have large doors to patio.
Accessibility
The property has two entrys. The main one has some steps leading down to it ,the second has a slight slope to it although
this key is only give to people with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside there is a private heated swimming pool. Large gardens with plenty of flora and a mobile barbecue. There is also a large pergola along the side of the villa for plenty of shade if needed. Due to the boundary walls, fencing and securiy gates this property is ideally suited to children.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated no more than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Del Carmen.
Golf
There is a new golf course about half a mile away, and there is a golf course in Costa Teguise which is about 12 miles away, approx 25 minutes by taxi or car.
Travel
The villa is only 15 minutes from Arrecife airport by taxi. The villa is conveniently situated that car hire is not essential.
Distances
The Old Town and Biosfera Plaza shopping areas of Puerto Del Carmen are only a 10 minute walk away from Villa Calero. The strip along the front with its beachside bars and restaurants is also about a 10 minute walk away.
Further details
The nearest large supermarket is only 300 yards from the Villa Calero opposite the cashpoint at Bancaja at the start of Calle Togio. There is a supermarket much closer but the products are limited and expensive.
