The villa is L -shaped and set in a large walled courtyard which makes it a fantastic sheltered suntrap. The main part of the villa has the large drawing room with on one side the adjoining kitchen and on the opposite side is a door leading to the master bedroom, a double bedroom and shower room/guest cloakroom. Further down are the other twin and double bedrooms with bathroom and are quite separate, ideal for family or friends who prefer more privacy. Each room has access to the large covered terrace which separates the house from the well established garden, which has been stocked with beautiful sub-tropical plants. The swimming pool with the surrounding sun beds is well sheltered from the wind, but the perfect spot for the sun lover.

Notes on prices
All quoted prices are for 2 persons per week, with the exception of Christmas and New Year, when it is for 4 persons per week. For any additional person a charge of £80,00 Pounds is made. Children under the age of 12 are charged £45,00 Pounds per week and babies under 2 years go free.
There is a charge of £25,00 Pounds each per week for a baby cot and a high chair.
Changeover day
We do not have fixed changeover days and arrivals at the villa will have access after 3pm and are requested to vacate the villa on the day of departure by 10 am. We will at all times assist to extend these times if at all possible.
| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom has 2 double beds and en suite shower room whilst the adjacent double has use of another shower room. On the lower level both twin and double rooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have great country views but one double has sea view. |
| Bathrooms: | All bathrooms are spacious and fully tiled, and have walk-in showers and the lower bathroom has an additional full bath. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen, offers a full oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a great variety of kitchen utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The lower part of the finca has a utility room with fridge and storage for parasols and sunbed mattrasses. Next to the main kitchen is a further utility room with a large fridge and separate freezer, wine fridge , washing machine, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The main the living room is decorated with enchanting items from the world travels of the owners. There is a formal dining area for 8 and very comfortable seating of 2 large sofas with a number of arm -and straight chairs. Flat screen TV, HiFi, CDs. |

There is a mid-week towel change and for guests staying longer than 7 nights and a weekly maid service which includes a towel and linen change. |

Accessibility
Although the property itself has only a few steps, the garden and way to the pool has a number of stairs.
Outside
The private pool is solar heated and surrounded with sun loungers, and cannot be overlooked. For al fresco dining there is a large buit-in barbeque and the upper terrace has a number of seating areas for outside living plus a dining table and chairs close to the barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The villa is in the perfect position to explore the island. The main sandy beaches are only a few minutes drive away.
Golf
A newly opened Golf course is only a 10 minutes drive away.
Travel
It only takes a 15 minute drive from the airport to the villa. Car hire for this property is essential. We are happy to assist in reserving a car for you from the airport.
Distances
A 5 minutes drive to the main resort of Puerto Del Carmen, the marina of Puerto Calero, or the district town of Tias and a superior supermarket is just 5 minutes walk down the lane.

Booking notes
A 20 to 30% deposit is required when making the reservation, depending on the season. Once your deposit has been received you will be notified and receive the direction from the airport to the villa. The final payment is due 6 weeks before arrival. We highly recommend that you are taking out a good travel insurance, in case of cancellations or personal accidents.

About the owner
Having lived and worked in England in the hotel industry for over 35 years and travelled to numerous countries, my real love for the island of Lanzarote never faded. I retired early in life and settled in La Asomada where I now live very happy and contend with my two best friends Diva and Heiko my Dalmatian pets. I happen to own Villa Jersey in the main resort of Puerto del Carmen close to all its tourist attractions, beach and the Old Harbour. An ideal property for the 'beach lover'. The other property Casita Canaria is situated in a more rural area but still very close to all the interesting lively sites of Lanzarote and more suited for the lover of a quiet and peaceful holiday.
