Notes on accommodation
This villa is equally suited to familities, as the pool area is gated and is safe for small children, as well as individuals looking for privacy but with easy access to the centre of the village. The villa is within a 5 minute walk of all local amenities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. There are 3 superb beaches to choose from each offering different attractions.
Whilst Lanzarote is well equipped for wheelchair users, the villa is accessed by 4 steps to the inner courtyard area. Once inside the villa is spacious and wheelchair access would be highly possible.

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to Playa Blanca beach, 10 minute walk to either Dorada Beach or Flaming Beach. Safe, clean and sandy beaches with ample watersport attractions if desired.
Golf
Golf courses have been agreed and are currently under construction. Nearest high quality golf course is in Costa Teguise - approx. 30 kms away from villa.
Special interest holidays
Setin Playa Blanca, the villa is an ideal location for people who enjoy walking as there are many scenic walks to enjoy.
Travel
Arrecife Airport approximately 20 kms from villa, transit time around 30 minutes by car/taxi.
Distances
5 minute walk to local village and beaches. Approximately 15 minutes by car to Timanfaya National Park, 10 minute drive to Papagayo Beaches (x5) Nature Reserve.
Further details
The village has a choice of 4 well equipped supermarkets, 5 banks, good quality restaurants for lunches and superb quality restaurants for dinner.
Playa Dorada Beach is well suited to sunbathing and watersport enthusiasts alike. Playa Flamingo Beach is ideal for small children as it has a sea wall and the tide is safe and controlled.
We use a Guest Book for client feedback which is always read and action is taken to rectify any problems. We have had many guests returning for the 3rd year running.
Booking notes
Contact owner by email, once the booking is placed a deposit of £200 (non-refundable) is required and the balance to be paid 12 weeks before holiday date.
