Very romantic restaurant in the Altamira apartment plus a host of great restaurants and bars along the water front. There is also a supermarket across from the main entrance of the apartment complex. There are also very up market shops within 5 minutes walking distance along the water front plus a larger shopping centre which is within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment complex.

About the owner
Hi, My name is Joyce I live in sunny Scotland with my husband a mad Afghan hound and my youngest son whom I can't get rid of. We are in our fifties and unfortunately still working hard. Our pensions and our ages now seem to be drifting further apart and because of that we are still suffering the u.k weather and not enjoying our lovely apartment in Tenerife. We really do love it though and would thoroughly recommend it as a lovely relaxing place to stay. It is a place to totally relax and recharge your batteries.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Whilst out walking on our first trip to Tenerife we happened upon the Altamira complex. It looked so lovely with the gardens, pools and right on the beach. One of the apartments overlooking the sea was up for sale but after making some enquiries we discovered that it was way over our budget. There was, lucky for us a couple of one bedroom apartments in the complex for sale also and after viewing them, well the rest is history.
Unique benefits of the property
The area surrounding the apartment is, to me, almost perfect. The beach is on your doorstep. There are some lovely restaurants nearby. A couple of supermarkets just over the road with a larger one a short taxi ride away. A ten minute walk takes you to a lovely shopping plaza with all the designer brands you could possibly hope for. If it's a livelier time that you are craving, then, if you like walking another 20 minutes will take you to Las Americas with all it's bars and nightlife. This also only takes minutes by taxi.
