The bungalow is one bedroom and wheelchair accessible and overlooks a big pool and children's pool. We are in Matagorda 4kms from Arrecife Airport. The property is 5 minute walk to Matagorda Beach and centre which has many restaurants and pubs with music every night. A taxi service is around the corner and bus service is close by which will bring you to down town Puerto del Carmen or Teguise Market.

Changeover day
Flexible, but on a day that a new guest is coming in we would like if you could arrange to vacate for 10.30 AM to 11.00AM . We would really appreciate your cooperation with this as the apartment must be cleaned for the next people.

About the owner
Myself and my Wife spend a lot of time in Lanzarote, and we decided to purchase a place to retire to in a few years time. Matagorda is such a quiet relaxing place that's why we decided their. The family are all grown up and three of them living in Edinburgh and Ayr in Scoland, we have a lovely Springer Spaniel named Jeff to keep us company. We have made so many friends in Lanzarote who we meet every year. We are from Co.Clare in Ireland. We travel quite a lot but we always go back to Lanzarote. The all year climate is wonderful, and the beauty of the place is just magnificent, and the people are very friendly and glad to see you.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the property in June 2010 and we are delighted with it and the prices had come down a good lot on what they were asking in 2008.
