Sleeps 4 in 2 twin bedrooms, 2 minutes stroll, no steep hills, takes you to the main strip with an abundance of bars, shops, restaurants there are 4 supermarkets within 1 minutes walk, open till about 8-9pm.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen : Breakfast bar with stools, 4 ring electric hob, table top oven,microwave, kettle, toaster, Slow cooker, fridge/freezer compartment, iron/ironing board, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cooking utensils, pans many extras.
Living Rooms: Comfortable cosy lounge, 5 seater corner unit, 2 easy chairs, double glazed french doors lead to balcony area. 32"flat screen TV with satellite channels (inc, ITV,Sky News, + many more), DVD player, midi music system, large 3-speed ceiling fan).

Bed linen, towels and T-towels are provided, but please bring your own beach/pool towels, the property is cleaned weekly with towel and linen change if you are staying more than 1 week.

Notes on accommodation
Safety deposit box, range of books, DVDs (feel free to bring your own) various games, parasol, hairdryer and straighners, sewing kit, first aid box. 3L slow cook pot. The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. If you are smokers, could you please respect other guests who may stay in the apartment and smoke outside on the balcony. smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Outside
This is a gated complex, top floor apartment. balcony with patio set and parasol with pleasant views overlooking the pool and well kept gardens, on a clear day you can see as far as the neighbouring isle of Fuerteventura, there are sun beds at the poolside for your use (free of charge) and parking space is available outside the complex should you choose to hire a car although a car is not necessary as everything is on your doorstep. Should you choose to go further afield, buses and taxis are very reasonable.

Coast/Beach
4 minutes stroll to the nearest small cove. A further 10 minutes stroll to the main beach, Playa Grande.

Golf
Newly developed 18 hole championship golf course
5 minutes drive/taxi.

Travel
10 minutes by taxi from Arrecife airport, fare approx 12 euros

Distances
Centrally located in the Flat Casino area of the resort, no steep hills, the Old town is a 30 minutes pleasant stroll, passing many watering holes/restaurants along the way, or 5 minutes short bus ride or taxi.

Further details
There are 3 supermarkets very close by. There is an extensive variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, telephones, hairdressers etc on the main strip.
