Situated in the heart of Los Cristianos this superb apartment is within easy reach of the cultural and contemporary charm of this old fishing village. It is situated on the flat (no hills to climb) makes walking to the beach and town centre an easy stroll for both young and old. It is close to the beach, town centre and bus station. There are a multitude of restaurants and bars on the doorstep some of which, are accessible from the rear of the complex. The first class public bus service provides easy access to the entire island. Bono bus tickets may be purchase from the bus office which is only a 2 minute walk away. A Bono ticket provides a discounted fair on all public transport. For sports enthusiasts there are 4 championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive. There is a meeting point for walkers in the town centre. Organized walks take place a couple of times a week. Surfers, divers, bridge-players, artists, etc. are all catered for.

Flexible changeover days. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure unless otherwise agreed.

Notes on accommodation
All windows and doors are fitted with security shutters. Internet access is available. Lifts to all floors. 2 large swimming pools, one heated in winter together with children’s pool.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated very close to the town centre in a flat area of Los Cristianos. The complex is provided with lifts to all floors. From the rear of the complex you can access restaurants, bars, a supermarket and hairdressers
Outside
The large south facing terrace is furnished with a sofa, patio table and chairs. There are two large shared swimming pools one of which is heated together with a childrens pool. The pools are surrounded by a large sun bathing area complete with sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
San Marino is a 10 minute walk from the seafront, with it's working harbour, beach, shops and all expected amenities. International restaurants and bars are close by to suit all tastes and budgets. The beach front promenade stretches all the way through Las Americas to Bahia Del Duque and beyond to the unspoilt fishing village of La Caleta where restaurants hang over the crashing waves.
Golf
There are four golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Discounts are available at certain times of the year for those wishing to play more than once during their stay. Golf clubs trolleys and electric buggies are available for hire. Visitors are welcome to play in many of the club competitions. For those who are prepared to travel the magnificent Buenavista Golf Course in the north of the island, designed by the late Seve Ballesteros with his signature bunkers is a must.
Travel
The nearest routes. Airport Reina Sofia 27km. Motorway TF-1 1.5km. Port Lost Cristianos 1km. A car is neither essential nor recommended, save for golfers, as you can travel throughout the entire island by bus. Golfers can take a taxi to any of the 4 course nearby but would be advised to compare the price of a taxi with that of hiring a car for the day.

Further details
Los Cristianos is famous for it's seafood and tapas. It's restaurants and cocktail bars are numerous catering for all tastes and budgets. The habour is a great place to book your excursions, including trips to see the pilot whales and bottle nose dolphins. The world's biggest water park Siam Park is also close by and provides a great day's entertainment for all ages.
Many British High Street Banks have offices in Los Cristianos including Barclay Bank and the Bank of Santander.
For those wishing to travel further afield the unspoilt island of La Gomera is just a 35 minute ferry journey away. Here you can learn the history and culture of the indigenous people of the island, trek through Garajonay National Park, a declared UNESCO World Heritage Site and play golf at La Tecina Golf Course where a little trekking is also required as the course is built on the side of a mountain winding its way down to the Atlantic Ocean.
In February Tenerife's Carnival is celebrated in almost every borough on the island but the Carnival in Santa Cruz is the biggest and most extravagant. The Carnival lasts for a week with fantastic parades during the day and each night over 100,000 people take to the streets to dance the night away dressed in amazing costumes.
