The Club Oceano is a small family run Complex of 40 one and two bedroom apartments. It is ideally situated in central Puerto del Carmen only approximately 300-400 metres from the main beach and beach front promenade and the old town centre is only about a 10 minute walk. We offer excellent service including every other day maid service and reception services.

Furnished throughout to a high standard, the apartments are twin bedded, but can be made up into doubles on request and have a luxury marble bathroom, and a beautiful wooden fitted kitchen with solid granite worktop. The appliances include full hob, oven, grill, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
A typical 1 bedroom apartment also has a breakfast bar and a comfortable living room leading on to an attractive patio or balcony.
Some of the apartments have double communicating doors making them ideal for different combinations of families and friends.
Each apartment has a private telephone and a safe deposit box available for rent. Satellite TV on flat screen TV's and internet access is also available in each apartment.
The apartments are spotlessly clean and regular maid service is included; bathroom towels and linen are all supplied.

The 2 bedroom apartments are furnished in the same way as the 1 bedroom apartments and have an extra bedroom. Also the living room in these apartments is particularly spacious and includes an dining table as well as a breakfast bar.
Each apartment has a private telephone and a safe deposit box available for rent. Satellite TV on flat screen TV's and internet access is also available in each apartment.

The apartments are spotlessly clean and regular maid service is included; bathroom towels and linen are all supplied.

 


Outside
The facilities on the complex include a large sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, a swimming pool incorporating a children’s pool which is heated during the winter months, a Jacuzzi and an outside covered pool table. The gardens are well tended, and the unusual tropical plants are an interesting feature of the complex. Club Oceano has a great bar which also serves food, and which over the years has become a focal point where people meet. There is also a satellite TV lounge, a reception offering fax facilities, car hire and a comprehensive list of excursions. Club Oceano continues to attract the same guests season after season, year after year, and we are proud of our repeat business.

Coast/Beach
300-400 metres to the beach and beachfront promenade.

Golf
There are 2 golf courses on Lanzarote. The first is " Golf de Costa Teguise" , it is an 18 hole par 72 course and is 20 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. It is situated at the base of Tahiche's long extinct volcano and is surrounded by 3000 palm trees and various other examples of the islands unusual flora. The course was opened in 1978 and the facilities include a golf academy, pro shop, club and buggy hire, restaurant and cafe.
There is also a brand new Golf course in Puerto del Carmen, it is 2 minutes drive (or a decent walk!) from this property and has received rave reviews from those that have already played there, including myself! Although the Club House is not finished yet, the course in great condition, the views are great and you can hire clubs, buggies etc

Travel
15 minutes drive from the airport.
A car is not needed unless you want to explore the rest of the island.

Distances
10 minutes walk to the old town.

Deposits are £80 per week per 1 bedroom apartment and £120 for the 2 bedroom apartment. The balance is due 9 weeks before travel.
