Villa Cartaphilus is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. It is close to the town of Puerto del Carmen with its harbour area and many shops, bars and restaurants. This luxury Villa has a large heated (winter months) swimming pool (8 x 4m), set in large sun terraces which are both open and covered for shade. There is a built in barbeque area and also a poolside shower. The garden is surrounded by walls for privacy. Entering through thr large hallway, the villa has a split level dining room and lounge with lovely high ceilings. Glass doors lead out to the pool area. The large separate kitchen is well-equipped and contains a breakfast area. There are 2 double bedrooms both ensuite. The three twin rooms share the exceptional third bathroom which has lava walls and a sunken bath.

Villa Cartaphilus is beside another of our Villas Cristal which sleeps up to 7 people. This might be of interest to large groups who want to rent Villas close to one another.
Outside
The Villa has a large Swimming Pool(8 x 4m). The pool is heated during winter months 20th Oct - 1st May, Pool heating May - Oct can be arranged at an additional cost. There is large Sun Terraces which are both open and covered for shade if required. There is a built in Barbeque area and also a poolside shower. The garden is surrounded by high walls giving absolute privacy.
