Local bus service runs every 30 minutes.

Notes on prices
The price of the villa starts at £800 per week up to 4 people, additional persons charged at £50 each up to 6 people.
Please note a £100 pound security deposit is required, which is refundable following departure.

Notes on accommodation
A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk is provided for your arrival. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available if required. Strictly no smoking in the villa and grounds. No single sex groups. Any late check outs (where possible) may be arranged with our representatives on arrival. They also provide a 24/7 contact phone line should any problems arise.

A ramped access to ground floor level is provided. Steps down to lower terrace and pool.

Large terraced area with sun loungers, two seats, table and sun canopy. Lower Terrace. Spacious sheltered terrace with heated swimming pool, 11.5 x 4.5m with steps and seating area within pool. Pool also equipped with coloured mood lighting, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs for 6 people sun canopy.
Coast/Beach
Casa Esquina is situated within 600m of natural beach, from which a 15 minute coastal walkway leads to the marina Rubicon and onwards to Playa Blanca itself.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately a 25 minute drive from the villa. There is a full range of car hire services available and also a taxi service which costs around 45 Euros each way.
Distances
Playa Blanca is situated on the south of the island. For people hiring a car there are several towns i.e Puerto Calaro (Marina area with bars, restaurants and designer shops) Puerto Del Carmen (a lively town with restaurants, bars, shops, discos) all within comfortable travelling distance.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £175 per week is required at time of booking.
Final payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. It is essential clients arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance.
