This new apartment has been carefully furnished to a high degree by the owners, it provides everything for an enjoyable holiday in the sun we provide your beach / pool towels, tennis rackets, cool box (for beach etc) and beach mats. There is free access to the fitness centre for use at your own risk. The apartment is located in a quiet part of a Complex in Corralejo and has its own private terrace. It is a short walk to the beach and to the El Campanario shopping centre. We feel that those of you that are looking for a little bit of luxury on your holiday in the sun would expect a leather 3 seater and a 2 seater settee for relaxing in the apartment, a flat screen TV, DVD player, sat system, iPod docking station etc. and surely cooling fans to keep you cool whilst relaxing in the apartment should all be available as standard? Well in our apartment these are all standard and more.

Changeover day
As there are now many more flights to the Island changeover day is flexible but you are expected to vacate your apartment before 10am on departure day to enable the cleaning service, you may access the apartment after 2pm on arrival day.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, bedside tables/lamp, double wardrobe, cooling fan. A travel cot and a child's potty is also provided.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with a shower, handbasin and wc.
There is also a hairdryer for your use during your stay.
Kitchen: 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, small oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine, pots, pans, all utensils and crockery, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, etc, etc.
Living Rooms: Bright and spacious living room with two leather sofa's, dining table with four chairs, large flatscreen TV, Sat, DVD / CD player, iPod dock, coffee table and cooling fan. A selection of film DVD's, music CD's and books are available.
Other: The lounge opens onto a private 22sq metre fully tiled and pergola covered terrace with dining table, four chairs, parasol and sun loungers.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your visit, clean towels and bed linen are provided along with pool / beach towels. Our son looks after the apartment on our behalf, meets our guests on arrival, hands over the keys and explains everything to you

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is best suited to couples sharing or families. Located in a quiet residential part of the complex, partying and loud music etc are not allowed. No pets allowed. Strictly no Smoking allowed inside the apartment, or in communal areas of the complex. A safe is provided in the apartment for the safety of your travel documents and personal belongings etc. Ashtrays for smoking may be used on the private terrace only and well away from the apartment entrance. Barbecues are not allowed within the complex.

Accessibility
The complex entrance to the apartment is suitable for wheelchairs, there are ramps that lead to the pool area from the main entrance, there is a large door into the apartment over a small step, which is then all on one level but the bathroom is not suitable for a wheelchair.

Outside
A 22sq metre tiled and pergola covered private terrace is accessed from your lounge, the terrace has a patio dining table, chairs and sun loungers. There is a private complex swimming pool with sun loungers provided around the pool for your use, the pool is located within well kept Canarian Botanical Gardens. There is a tennis court and a fitness gym, the gym is within the complex courtyard. There are several secure locked gates around the complex, a key is provided to unlock them to allow you to come and go as you want. Access to free wifi is available in an area in the Complex courtyard.

Coast/Beach
Five minute walk to a quiet beach and a thirty minute walk to the start of the fabulous Sand Dunes of Corralejo, Fuerteventura.

Lobos island, which is a must in every visit to Fuerteventura, emerges from the sea a few kilometres from the coast, between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. This jewel of nature, which is part of the Dunas de Corralejo Natural Park, stands out for its mobile and fixed dunes that end up on deserted beaches where you will be able to enjoy solitude.

Golf
Corralejo has it's own 9 hole course ten minutes drive away.
There is a major golf course in Caletta De Fuste about 45 minutes drive away.

Special interest holidays
Fuerteventura holidays are all about relaxation beneath year-round sunshine. The miles of stunning sandy beaches, dramatic dunes and bright turquoise seas have to be seen to be believed. Fuerteventura isn't as developed as its Canarian neighbours Tenerife and Lanzarotte, so it's the perfect place to chill out.

The beach is the focus of most holidays in Fueteventura, but there's plenty to keep active guests busy. Choose from a huge selection of water sports, from snorkelling to kite surfing. Set sail on a lazy boat trip, or take the ferry to neighbouring Lanzarote. On dry land, play golf, or try quad-biking adventures and fast-paced jeep safaris. Away from the coast, explore rugged landscapes and whitewashed villages. Don't miss Baku water park in Corralejo, home to a mini golf course, fascinating marine life shows and a regular arts and crafts market.

Distances
If you fancy a day on Lanzarote it is only a 12 minute crossing on the Fred Olsen catamaran ferry to Playa Blanca. There is also the Armas ferry which takes a little longer. There is a bus stop (5min walk) to get a bus to Puerto del Rosario (the capital), where there is the large Las Rotundas Shopping centre.
Taxi fares are very reasonable in Corralejo.

Food & Drink:
As well as traditional, Canarian restaurants, the resort of Corralejo offers a huge choice of international cuisine. There is an abundance of bars and excellent multi cultural restaurants in Corralejo with plenty of evening entertainment to suit everyones taste long into the night, enjoy Chinese, Italian, Indian and British food, try the local wine, Spanish tapas and local specialities.
Shopping:
There is the new Las Palmeras Shopping Centre at the top of the main street in Corralejo with fashion shops such as Zara, Natura, Fund Grube, Sports shops and more or take a bus to Puerto del Rosario and enjoy the Rotunda Shopping centre and all that the Capital has to offer.

Booking notes
There is a breakage/damage deposit of £75, which becomes a security deposit on top of the Apartment rent which is refundable after your return from your holiday if no damage occurred. The apartment is considered booked on clearance of damage deposit of £75. The total balance price of your rental is due six weeks before your arrival date. Example for 1 week: £275 + £75 = £350. If you wish to stay longer and the apartment is available, it can be arranged.
