The Bungalow is a beautiful detached villa with its own private heated pool. The Bungalow is in a very quiet and secluded position, yet in a very central and desirable area of Puerto del Carmen. It is very close to the beach and main beach front promenade (3-4 minutes walk) and close to the old town centre (10-15 minutes walk). We have recently completely refurbished the whole villa including the new heated pool, kitchen, bathrooms and tiling throughout, and everything is like new. The Bungalow is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished with quality furniture.

We are flexible on changeover day and duration.
Prices for odd durations are pro rata.
The price bands are denoted by the 1st day of each week for your stay.
A small surcharge applies for additional people per week.
A deposit of £200 per week is required upon booking.

Changeover day
As there are now many flights going to and from Lanzarote we can be flexible on our changeover days. We are also flexible on the duration of your stay. Please call for more information.
| Bedrooms: | There are 2 good sized bedrooms with large built in wardrobes and both bedrooms can be set up with double beds or twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 2 lovely, large bathrooms (1 with bath/shower and the other with big walk in shower) which are fully tiled with marble vanity units. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully fitted with electric ceramic hob, full oven and grill, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing up machine and fridge freezer. |
| Utility Room: | The villa has a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board for your convenience. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge is spacious with direct access to the large, partly pergola-covered terrace and swimming pool. The lounge also comprise a little study area. There is satellite TV and a DVD player and there is also a safe included. |

Notes on accommodation
With the Bungalow you have full use of, and back up from our reception at the Club Oceano which is just a couple of minutes walk away.
Outside
Outside living is encouraged and to this end the villa is supplied with ample sun loungers, umbrellas and patio table and chairs. There is a BBQ and the Bungalow offers the ideal atmosphere for outside dining. The private heated pool is a good size (approx 7.5m x 3.5m) and very tastefully decorated with mosaic tiles.
Coast/Beach
The beach and beachfront promenade are just 3-4 minutes walk.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses on Lanzarote. The first is " Golf de Costa Teguise", it is an 18 hole par 72 course and is 20 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. It is situated at the base of Tahiche's long extinct volcano and is surrounded by 3000 palm trees and various other examples of the islands unusual flora. The course was opened in 1978 and the facilities include a golf academy, pro shop, club and buggy hire, restaurant and cafe.
There is also a brand new Golf course in Puerto del Carmen, it is 2 minutes drive (or a decent walk!) from this property and has received rave reviews from those that have already played there, including myself! Although the Club House is not finished yet, the course in great condition, the views are great and you can hire clubs, buggies etc.
Travel
The airport is approximately 10-15 minutes drive away.
Distances
The Old town of Puerto del Carmen is about 10-15 minutes walk`.

Deposits are £200 per week and the balance is due 9 weeks before departure.

About the owner
We are 3 brothers who started going to Lanzarote in 1980. Over the years we have grown to love Lanzarote and have adopted this beautiful island as our home. There is always at least one of us in Lanzarote looking after our properties there, and one or 2 of us in England looking after the bookings. We have many guests still coming back with us from the early 80’s and we are very proud to be able to boast a repeat and recommended clientele rate of over 80%. Over the years we have grown our portfolio and offer an excellent selection of accommodation to suit all requirements. We also own apartments on the Island of Sal in the Cape Verde Islands. The beautiful weather, relaxed atmosphere, diverse water sports and friendly locals persuaded us that this would be a wonderful place to holiday.
