Spacious contemporary villa. Suitable for families or couples wanting a relaxing holiday. Heated pool. Large private patio, with 2 outside eating areas. Built in large BBQ. 32' flat screen TV with SKY box and freeview channels. Fans in bedrooms. Facilities for babies. Luxury memory foam mattresses on the beds. Black out blinds in all rooms, keeping them cool, and nice and dark for getting the kids to sleep. Endeavoured to create a contemporary and luxurious feel to the property. You may notice other villas in the area that look similar to ours. Our point of difference is that we are on the edge of the development and have open views to the seas horizon, others are penned in. We have heightened the adjoining wall to our neighbour so you have a very private sun terrace. We doubled the size of the standard patio, and landscaped the gardens with palms and plants. We have had a large BBQ built. All beds have very comfy memory foam mattresses and good quality bedlinen.

Towels and linen provided. Also beach towels. Mid week towel change for weekly visit. 2 week visits get towel and bed linen change. We use an English run company for cleaning and maintenance, and they can be called for advice or if you have any probs. |

Notes on accommodation
Large windows or doors in all rooms, letting in plenty of air in the day or night. Black out blinds between window and curtain providing a shield from the suns heat, and also making it dark for the kids. Lit outside area, creates a lovely atmosphere. Lit pool for night time swims.
We supply a good hair drier for the ladies ( my wifes idea, it creates more room in the luggage !!). Microwave bottle steriliser or the babies. We have a cot. High chair.
We have aimed to use the best of everything and not done anything on the cheap to give you a really great luxury holiday. It is well maintained, the pool is cleaned and chemical checked weekly.
Accessibility
Good for wheelchair access. Double bed is low. Only need to negotiate one kerb to get into house.
Outside
4 cushioned sun loungers. 2 recliner chairs. Outside wooden table, 2 benches, 2 armchairs. Outside fixed seating area, large marble table, seating for 8. Large purpose built BBQ. Very big patio. Raised adjoining walls to give additional privacy. Private pool, heated.
It is hard to convey the peace and privacy of our villa pictorially, but if you email me I can send you more pics. As it is on the edge of the development it has lovely open views to the seas horizon, and cliff top walks. Other villas similar to ours are overlooked on all four sides. Our adjoining walls have been extended to above eye height maximising your privacy. We have had the garden landscaped with palms and plants. The standard villa patio is small so we have made ours much bigger.
Coast/Beach
5 mins to Playa Flamingo by car. Easy parking. Easy drive. Straight road. Excellent family beach. (10 mins from Papagayo beach). Never too crowded. Bars and restaurants here too. Sea not too deep or choppy, really good, white sand, kids love it. Sun loungers to rent, 7 euros for 2 with an umbrella.
Golf
Golf situated in Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is 35 mins drive away. Car hire recommended. Airport fairly small, so car hire is easy. We know a good guy who is reasonable and delivers to the airport if you would like his number. Route to the villa is easy, fairly straight roads, only roundabouts to negotiate.
Distances
5 mins by car to beach and main shopping area. 15 mins to the Marina Rubicon, more restaurants, up market shops, and yachts to admire.
Further details
Spanish, Indian and Chinese restaurants, bar, close to the villa. By car you have Playa Flamingo (beach) and Playa Blanca (small town) where you can find plenty of shops for gifts, provisions and restaurants. Nothing is too far away. Quiet roads, not too busy.
If you are travelling with a large party, we have friends who let their villa out which is next to ours, and identical. Pls let us know if you would like to try and book this at the same time.

Hi, my name is George, I am 44, married, 2 kids 11 and 9, and we live in Wales and own a Pub, in an idyllic wooded valley.
We bought the villa from new as an investment, which we hope to live in when we are old and grey...we are getting grey so are half way there !
The villa is professionally cleaned and managed while we are not there, so you always have a number to call in Lanzarote if you have a problem.
We hope you like it and come and stay.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
There are alot of villas in this area that look the same. We chose ours because it was on the edge of the development. This gives it open views to the seas horizon. It is also the biggest plot, so has land around it giving it space to add privacy. The wall next to our neighbour we have raised so you have complete privacy and peace. We have fitted the villa as we would want it, so super comfy beds, modern twist, with built in BBQ, extended patio, and extensively landscaped garden.
You can walk along the rocky coastal path with is 5 minutes walk away. It is very quiet, but not far from the restaurants, bars and shops.
Unique benefits of the property
Peace, privacy, open views. Space. Comfort. Everything has been done properly. No cheap nasty furniture or crockery. Tried to make everything nice.
