Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK pounds. The price is for 4 adults sharing 2 bedrooms. Extra persons at £60 per person per week. WiFi at an additional £30 per week if required. (call out fee will be charged for situations such as lost keys/ safe opening etc.,)
Changeover day
The villa will be made available from 3 pm on your arrival and please vacate by 10 am on your departure day. Flexible on changeover days.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fitted with a safe for the security of all your valuables. Fans are provided in each room as are hairdryers. 2 towels per sun lounger and 2 bath/ hand towels per person per week. Tea towels and hand towels in the kitchen. Shutters on all windows. Wi-Fi is available on request. Welcome pack consisting of Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, water, wine, beer, butter, eggs and fresh bread on your arrival. Also washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and hand soaps and toilet rolls in each bathroom, plus washing machine detergent and fabric conditioner.
Accessibility
The ground floor of the property is all on one level. From the spacious hallway a stunning marble staircase gains access to the upper master en-suite bedroom and terrace.
Outside
Private heated swimming pool, approximately 8 metres x 4 metres on large south facing terrace with seating round table for 4 persons, plus 2 padded lounger chairs, 4 sun loungers and a small side table including cushions for your comfort, New comfortable all weather sofa / chairs and coffee table in the undershade relaxing area. BBQ on request, great garden and sea views. The large, totally private upper terrace boasts 2 additional loungers and cushions, small side table, additional terracotta table and 2 chairs with magnificent views of Fuertaventura and Montana Rocha.
Coast/Beach
A 5 minute walk takes you to the sea and paved coastal promenade don't miss out on the stunning sunsets. The most central beach (known as the town beach) is quite small, but very pleasant and safe. It sits immediately in front of the promenade and is flanked on either side with stunning views. Approx 5 mins by car, or local bus (1 minute walk from the villa and runs every 20 mins) The largest beach is Playa Dorada to the east of Playa Blanca a 5 minute walk left from the town as you face the sea
Golf
20 minutes to the nearest golf course at Tias and a little further to the course at Costa Tequise.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approximately 25 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended to explore this wonderful Island. Taxis are widely available. The punctual bus service from Faro Park to all the main areas leaves promptly at 10 minutes to and 20 minutes past the hour and costs 1 euro 15 cents only to all areas.
Distances
There are many places of interest including Timanfaya National Park (Fire Mountain) small fishing villages where you can enjoy long lunches, details of all places can be found in the information pack provided in the villa. From the harbour at Playa Blanca, ferries cross several times a day to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

There are some local shops within 1 minute walk of the villa, 2 well stocked supermarkets, traditional and Italian restaurants, typical canarian restaurant, tapas bar and comfortable lounge bars and a superb coffee shop and patisserie.

Reservations will be held for 7 days, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full details, directions, security codes etc, will then be provided upon receipt of final payment.

We purchased our 'place in the sun' in August 2004, we live in the villa ourselves for some months every year, letting it out for a number of weeks throughout the year. All we ask is that you bear in mind that this is our home and that you treat it as you would your own.
