Also just few mins away is the newly built Atlantico commercial centre which comprises of shops, restaurants, bars, multi-screen cinema and 10 pin bowling alley.

The above prices are based on the occupancy of 4 people sharing per week. Any additional person(s) will be charged at a cost of £45 per person per week (max occupancy 8). Notes on accommodation
As the villa is on one level, it is suitable for the elderly and children of all ages.
Outside
The villa has it's own private 8.5m x 4m heated swimming pool with roman steps leading you into the water. The pool is also fitted with a cover, which can be used to keep the heat when not used. The terrace/patio area includes sun-loungers, a BBQ, large table and chairs, sun parasol and a solar poolside shower.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 5 minutes drive (15 minute walk) away from Caleta De Fuste, which consists of beautiful child friendly golden sandy beach and water sports facilities.
Golf
The villa is situated within the boundaries of the magnificent 18 hole Championship Golf Course, which hosted 2004 Spanish Open and is 2 minutes stroll away.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is 15 minutes drive away from the villa. In order to fully appreciate this beautiful island, car hire is recommended but not essential.

The charming resort of Caleta De Fuste is just 5 minutes drive from the villa.

There are a variety of restaurants, shops and bars within the resort of Caleta De Fusta. Also just few minutes away is Atlantico commercial centre which comprises of shops, restaurants, bars, bank, supermarket, multi-screen cinema and 10 pin bowling alley.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit will be required to secure your booking 8 weeks prior to your stay. A £150 deposit will also be required to cover for any damages, which will be refunded within 7 days of your return.
