This villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday being fully equipped with all you could possible need to make your stay complete. There are four large bedrooms all comfortably furnished accommodating 8 adults in total (camp beds/cots and highchairs can be requested for children at extra charge) The lounge does house a comfortable sofa bed if required for 2 more people. One exceptionally large family bathroom and one en suite to the master bedroom. The spacious living/dining area has two sets of patio doors leading out to the swimming pool and outside dining area and is equipped with satellite television (if you subscribe to sport and movies at home you can use your card), British TV system (so you won't miss your soaps), DVD, wii console and music system. In the beautiful private gardens there is a large swimming pool, pool table, sunbathing area, dining area, barbecue and roof top terrace that has outstanding views over the golf course, sea and mountains.

All of your interior bed linen and towels are supplied cleaned and ready for use. If you are staying with us for a second week they will be changed over halfway through you stay. |

Notes on accommodation
Cots and high chairs are available for a small rental cost but will be organised ready for you. If you need anything else please ask and we do our best to provide it for you.
Accessibility
The property is (excluding the roof terrace) on one level however please be advised that there are two steps down from the driveway to the house level which may cause an inconvenience for wheelchair access.
Outside
At the front you have a driveway and private landscaped garden and at the rear of the property you have your private swimming pool sunloungers to relax and top up you tan and if you get bored of that why not play on our pool table.
Coast/Beach
Villa Naranja is only about a 15 min walk or 2 minutes drive away from the best beach in Caleta, beautiful golden sand without the stones in it ! There are sunlongers and sun shades available however remember to take some money as the little man on the beach will be looking for some pennies.
Golf
Villa Naranja is within the grounds of the beautiful Fuerteventura Golf Resort and is only a ten minute walk away from the local shopping centre (Atlantico Centre) which has a large Supermarket, Cinema, Bowling alley, arcades, shops, bars and restaurants and is also just ten minutes walk away from the tranquil beach of Caleta De Fuste. From the villa you can also use the fantastic cycle path which follows the coast and makes for a beautiful scenic bicycle ride. Of course for golf lovers the villa is ideal being just two minutes away from the Club house and the Championship course. From the Club house you can also catch the free bus into the centre of Caleta or the shopping centre. If you do decide to venture out the Baku water park in Corralejo will be a favourite with the children and also the Zoo and Botanical gardens in La Lajita are beautiful.
Distances
The town centre of Caleta is about 2/3 km away. You can jump on the free bus around the corner from the villa at the Hotel/clubhouse or call a taxi which will cost about €3.50 each way.
Booking notes
The rates quoted are for up to 8 people per week.
Booking is simple, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival or immediately if arriving within the 6 week period. During our peak period the check in times of after 4.30pm and check out time of 10.30am must adhered to. At other times we will endeavour to accommodate your flight times where possible.

I can honestly say it has been one of the best holidays we have had. We were let down last year as the villa we stayed in did not relate to the pictures at all and so obviously we were a little bit anxious. So firstly I would like to thank you for your patience answering all my questions and secondly I felt it was the least we could do to tell you and to recommend anyone looking for a fantastic holiday villa to yourself. The kids loved the Wii and my husband and elder son now think they are professional pool players !! So needless fun was had by all. Thank you once again.
