It is 20 minutes walk to Dorada Beach and local amenities, including supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The villa is furnished to a high standard. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite with a double bed the doors leading to the pool area. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. A comfortable double sofabed is located in the living room for additional sleeping capacity should it be required. The family bathroom is with shower, WC and basin set in a marble top. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower, WC and double basins set in marble top. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences. Leading out of the kitchen is a utility area where the washing machine is located. The living/dining area is light and spacious. 2 sofas (one being a sofabed).

The villa is located in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. The world famous Papagayo beaches are about 10 minutes away by car. The Dorado beach is in the Playa Blanca village and is about a 20 minute walk from the villa.

There is a golf course on the island, this is located about 30 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
The airport is 30 minutes by car. The port is 2-3 minutes by car.
Distances
Shops, bars and restaurants are located in the Playa Blanca village. This is about a 20 minute walk. 2-3 minutes by car.

25% deposit required on booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment is to be by credit transfer into the account given.
