Notes on prices
Prices are for the property(s)per week in UK pounds and are based on 2 sharing, add £20 extra per person per week. I can hold apartments for up to 2 days to enable guests to find flights. Then I ask for a £50 non returnable deposit per apartment and the balance 8 weeks before guests fly. I offer a 10% discount for bookings of 8 weeks or over.

Changeover day
Changeover day usually either Friday or Tuesday. But other days sometimes available please email me dates to check.

Studio Apartment (Sleeps 2/3)

The spacious studio apartments have twin beds, fitted wardrobe with safety deposit box available for a small hire charge. Plus there is sofa bed to sit and relax or watch the free satellite TV which has many UK programmes including BBC, ITV etc. A fully fitted kitchenette with breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a Safety deposit box for hire. There is a full bathroom with shower above the bath. Your own sunny balcony has patio table and chairs plus a pull out clothes drier.

One Bedroomed Apartment (Sleeps 2/4)

Spacious one bedroom apartment with twin beds in the bedroom and fitted wardrobe with safety deposit box for hire. The separate living room has a bed settee to sleep a further two people. The good sized lounge has free Satellite TV which gets many British channels including the BBC, ITV etc. The fully fitted kitchenette has a breakfast bar, oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. The fully fitted bathroom has a bath above the shower. There is your own sunny balcony with patio table and chairs plus a pull out clothes drier.

Notes on accommodation
Garden City is an ideal complex for families with children and couples. Clean bed linen is provided and changed at the end of each week - but please take your own towels.
My apartments are looked after for me by Janet who is easily contactable if you should have any problems during your stay.

Outside
Your own private balcony has patio table and chairs where you can sit to enjoy the sun. There is also a pull out washing line. The complex boasts 2 swimming pools (1 heated during winter) plus a children's pool. Pool bar offering meals and drinks, pool table, gym, mini market, bakery, self service launderette. Plus lots of shops and restaurants right outside the complex. The well know San Eugenio shopping centre with its underground Hypermarket, plus shops, banks and pavement cafes is only a 2 minute stroll.

Coast/Beach
Choice of two sandy beaches within a five minute walk. Some people prefer the main Las Americas Beach or there is the smaller beach at Puerto Colon which also has a marina plus restuarants and bars. From here you can take trips to see the whales and dolphins or even some deep sea fishing to catch tuna or marlin.

Golf

Travel
The main Tenerife South (TFS) airport is only 20 minutes away by car. Taxis are easily available at the airport and cost approx 18 Euros (£14 approx). A car is unnecessary but for those who wish to hire a car there is car parking to the rear of the complex.

Distances
Everything you could wish for is within an easy walk. If you wish to go further afield and don't wish to hire a car the bus station is only a short walk away and buses go to all parts of the island and are very reasonably priced.

Further details
Shops, restaurants and bars are just outside the complex - plus Barclays Bank with an ATM machine. The San Eugenio Shopping Centre with its large underground supermarket, launderette, plus shops and pavements cafes are only a couple of minutes stroll away. Everything you could want is within easy walk.

Eating out in Tenerife is much cheaper than at home and there is something for every taste (the local garlic chicken is recommended) but there are plenty of eateries offering everything from Chinese, Indian, Thai and even English.

Booking notes
I can hold an apartment for two days for guests to source flight I then ask for a £50 deposit on booking and the balance 8 weeks before you fly.
