Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days, we do ask for flight times and departures so that if we do have people arriving the same day we can arrange with the cleaner times etc.

Bedrooms: Bedroom has double bed with bedside tables and lamps, also a ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Shower cubicle, wc, sink unit and storage cupboard.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen comprising of fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc etc.
Living Rooms: Lounge consists of dining table and 4 chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV DVD/video, radio and CD player, side lamp, armchair and sofa bed which converts to double bed.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included, these are changed once a week. The apartment is cleaned once a week.

We have a patio area which is fully tiled and has a built in BBQ, table and 4 chairs.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is about a 10 min walk, there are sun beds and umbrellas to hire, also plenty of places to eat and drink.

Golf
There is a golf course, it is roughly 5km from the complex.

Travel
The nearest airport is Tenerife South which is about 20 mins by taxi or car, it is nice to hire a car but parking does seem to pose a problem sometimes. A bus can be used to get to and from the airport, it takes roughly about 40 mins travelling time but is a lot cheaper.

Further details
There is a large complex close to the apartment which has a supermarket and cinema along with restaurants and other smaller shops. Just across the road there is a bank and also a 24hr chemist. Restaurants are plentiful and they are all very friendly and helpful.

Booking notes
We ask for a £50 deposit which is refundable upon safe return of the keys and that the apartment has been left in good condition (the cleaner advises us), and also £100 secure booking fee which is deducted from your final holiday cost, 6 weeks before you are due to arrive we ask for the remainder of the holiday money. 2 weeks before you are due to arrive in resort we will send the keys off to you by special delivery.
