| Kitchen: | A large, modern and bright kitchen with fully fitted appliances including electric oven, hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer, sink, washing machine, microwave and a full set of utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/diner includes twin sofas, dining table seating 6, TV with British channels and a DVD player. A private balcony overlooking the golf course is accessed from the lounge and master bedroom with a patio table, chairs and parasol. |

Notes on accommodation
Cooling ceiling fans are throughout the lounge/diner and each bedroom. A welcome pack (water, bread, milk etc) is provided for each booking.
Outside
Our apartment benefits from a private roof top sun terrace overlooking the 18th fairway of the championship golf course. 8 sunbeds are situated on the terrace for private sunbathing in a peaceful location.
Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to the nearest beach (2 minutes drive), where the man-made lagoons make it family friendly. Further afield are the spectacular sand dunes to the north and white crystal sands to the south of the island, both approx 30 minutes drive.
Golf
1st class golfing can be found on the adjoining championship course (2 minutes walk) with a 40 bay driving range, pro-shop with hire of clubs and buggies and a charming 19th watering hole! A full set of golf clubs can be found at the apartment for your use.
Travel
Car hire is recommended though not essential. We are situated 10 minutes drive from the airport. Taxis are frequent and low cost (approx 15 euros to our apartment). Airport collections can be arranged.
Distances
The centre of Calete de Fuste is a 25 minute stroll from the apartment. A courtesy bus from the Elba Palace Hotel (2 mins walk from our apartment) takes you to the centre of Caleta.
Further details
A modern commercial centre is a 15 minute stroll. A variety of quality retail outlets and supermarket and bank can be found here alongside bars and restaurants overlooking the beach/sea. A bowling alley and cinema is also situated at the centre. Caleta is a thriving tourist centre with a range of shops, bars and restaurants in a low key relaxed setting. There are many water sport activities available, including diving, snorkeling, windsurfing and jet-skis. There is an Oceanarium and a Catamaran trip to look for whales and dolphins. A submarine takes people out to look at the underwater world off the coast.
