This luxurious detached bungalow/villa is situated in the quiet village of Tias. Tias is a lovely centrally located village, an ideal base, enabling you to enjoy the tranquillity of this beautiful area, for your 'away from it all' holiday but close enough to enjoy the bustle of Puerto del Carmen or an action packed adventure holiday when the mood takes you. This spacious villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard affording a bright and airy ambiance with both living areas and master bedroom overlooking the fabulous private pool. This charming villa is a must for discerning couples and families alike. We have a BBQ area and luxurious sunbed cushions and matching set for the chairs around the table. We have tried to make the villa as comfortable as possible making sure you have enough cutlery and crockery so you can use the dishwasher, The pool is cleaned twice a week. We added a Solana hot tub! outdoor lounge. we have added WI-Fi and ipod station and one for the hot tub!

Changeover day
Due to the extra flights being sent to Lanzarote we now accept any day flights as well as the usual Thursday bookings providing they can be woven in to other bookings. If you have a late flight out, and no one is booked to come in the next day, please ask

| Kitchen: | Superbly equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. - all that's essential in the kitchen. We also supply plastic glasses for your use around the pool area. Also an elect crock pot. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for elderly or infirm clients \ideal for children of any age as it is very secure, but children should be accompanied around the pool area at all times by a responsible adult. Baby equipment we can supply is a cot, small bed and high chair. (25 euros per week) We also have childproof security fencing that we can put up, please give prior notice.This will give you peace of mind! It is not law yet! but we like you to feel rest assured. We have added a new hot tub! Keeping up the standard of this a 5 star villa! We also added a pergola with a cover awning, some easy cane relaxing chairs with coffee table, we felt there wasn't enough shade other than having to go indoors, which can be quite warm, so this fits the bill of being outside and able to feel the breeze! We take great care with our villa and spare no expense in equipping it to a very high standard.
We have added a new flat screen tv with dvd to the master/bedroom, for those lazy nights or Mornings.
Accessibility
The property is suitable for wheelchair users as long as they can manage two wide steps up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The terrace and entrance's are all on one level. The road we live in leads up to the Village, where you will find a variety of shops Restaurants, supermarkets, in fact everything that a little town can offer. Although tias has a fair share of Supermarkets and health shops, We are now having a new Supermarket Supermacado spanish group, which will help to keep the prices lower,
Outside
Large patio doors lead from the living area taking you into a large enclosed terrace for daytime dining overlooking the swimming pool and patio. This area is completely enclosed and offers privacy for the sunbather. The swimming pool with small surrounding gardens measures approx 4x7m with an overall depth of 1.65m, it i electrically heated to a comfortable temperature for all year round enjoyment. The water is therefore wonderful and feels luxurious, it's ideal for the kids whatever the weather! In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night). Light the patio and pool area during the warm evenings and utilize the portable BBQ which is provided for those ideal lazy summer evenings. This is what holidays are all about!,
Coast/Beach
The time to drive and park level to the beach is approx. 6 mins by car, unless very fit it is unsuitable to walk as it is a very steep hill down to the beach.
Golf
The newly built green golf course Lanzgolf is now open and s a superb course' used by many guests and all have favourable comments. Buggy's available and electric trolley golf bags.
Travel
Arrecife International airport is 10 kilometres away, and although it is not absolutely essential that you hire a car as getting out and about is really quite simple, taxis and car hire are readily available and inexpensive compared to the UK, as is the local bus service between the main towns, I do recommended you hire a car to get the most from your holiday and this wonderful island of Lanzarote.We can now arrange Car-hire with our Agents Lanzcars, just tick the question and Freddie will help.

Puerto Del Carmen is one of many holiday resorts on Lanzarote, it offers a fantastic variety of both daytime and nighttime activities and interests to suit people of all ages and nationalities.
The town of Puerto Del Carmen has been developed into a beautiful and vibrant resort and affords six kilometres of promenade lined with palm trees and sandy beaches.
For those who love early mornings and daytime activities or just basking in the sun this is the most perfect resort.
Further details
Just a short walk from the villa brings you to the local small supermarket/garage where you can purchase fresh bread rolls and other provisions.
Also situated in this area is one of the many fabulous 'Tapas' bars offering typical Canarian dishes.
A further 5-minute walk takes you in to the heart of Tias where you will find an abundance of superb restaurants, a multitude of shops (including chemist), local bars, taxi rank and the famous Tias bakery where you can enjoy fabulous warm croissants, cakes and coffee.
You’ll also find a large supermarket offering many English products as well as local produce, conveniently in the supermarket you can find another coffee shop and a small children’s play area which is free of charge.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very clean and inviting and well equipped when we arrived and we tried to keep the standards throughout our stay. The furnishings were of a high standard and our bed was great so big and comfy. We took our own sky card and yes you were right there were more channels to see.
The ability to use the washing machine etc is great this really helps with children. The girls would like to say that the pool was excellent it was lovely and hot.
It is quite central for Tias, which is a wonderful place we had great tapas several times, we tried Las vines the further one on the corner but preferred the first las vines just prior to that – the meat selection is wonderful! The villa being only a couple of minutes drive to the main resort, which was very convenient.
Terry and Sue were great to meet. Terry suggested the Texas Rancho Zoo and the girls loved it plus dad and me too!
WE will return again!

We live here in lanzarote, and moved over in 2010, we are loving the lifestyle here, and have the added pleasure of looking after casa Del Jules ourselves, being here and living a 5 min drive from the Villa, means we are on hand for anything that may arise.
We have had the Villa since June 1999 ans still get compliments on how new it still looks, we were in the Hotel busines for most of our working life, so we know how to make a place pristine and have attention to detail.
We added a hot tub 2 years ago and what a hit it has been, we supply extra large towels for your comfort, along with beach towels. You can travel with hand luggage to our Villa as we provide you with all the little extra's hair dryers, hot brush and also will hire out GHD's

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We came on a Villa holiday in 1997, and fell in love with the Island, and immediately started looking for our dream property. We had a job because at that time the world and his wife were looking, luckily we were introduced to Jose a Spanish developer who used a german architect, and when it was half built we knew it was the one!!
We were introded to Tias, and love the village with all its amenities within a few minutes of the Villa.
After 2 years they built the pcan garage and we were devastated!! but now the convenience of a supermarkerket, and cafeteria with lovely Tapas on hand has more than made up for it, and we didnt lose our view, as we are on the corner!
We are 5 mins by car into Puerto del Carmen so when you want the buzz and nightlife and the shops are open until 11pm,
Unique benefits of the property
We are tucked away in a little haven, but 5 mins from the bustle of puerto del Carmen!
We have equipped the Villa as close as we can to our own home, we make sure there are enough utensils, crockery and glassware so you can use the dishwasher and still have some to use!
We supply Good quality bedding and Towels, as we know how important it is for that special holiday.
The pool is kept 27/28 degrees all year and has a solar pool cover, so when your not using the pool the cover is heating it.
The Hot tub has fresh water after each client, and is heated (for those aches and pains) to 34 degrees.
Just like a bath, but please shower off the suncream beforeyou go in!!
