This luxurious detached bungalow/villa is situated in the quiet village of Tias. Tias is a lovely centrally located village, an ideal base, enabling you to enjoy the tranquillity of this beautiful area, for your 'away from it all' holiday but close enough to enjoy the bustle of Puerto del Carmen or an action packed adventure holiday when the mood takes you. This spacious villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard affording a bright and airy ambience with both living areas and master bedroom overlooking the fabulous private pool. This charming villa is a must for discerning couples and families alike. We have a BBQ area and luxurious sunbed cushions and matching set for the chairs around the table. We have tried to make the villa as comfortable as possible making sure you have enough cutlery and crockery so you can use the dishwasher. We have the villa looked after by a couple who live around the corner, so the pool is cleaned twice a week.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Our villa is maintained to a very high standard both in quality furnishings and equipment, with fresh towels and beach towels at no extra charge. Extra persons £50 each. Cheaper flights are available now!
Changeover day
Due to the extra flights being sent to Lanzarote we now accept Sunday to Sunday Monday to Monday and Thursday bookings providing they can be woven in to other bookings.

Master bedroom with a super king size bed, fitted with extra mattress toppers for your extra comfort. Also fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and lovely views overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes. |

Superbly equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, saucepans etc. - all that's essential in the kitchen. We also supply plastic glasses for your use around the pool area. |

All bed linen, bath, hand and beach towels are provided - changed weekly. A fee paying cleaning service can be provided on request. We provide beach towels for your use, which has been very popular we ask that you wash the towels. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is suitable for elderly or infirm clients \ideal for children of any age as it is very secure - BUT: Children should be accompanied around the pool area at all times by a responsible adult. Baby equipment can be rented from local agents which can be arranged if given enough prior notice.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for wheelchair users as long as they can manage two wide steps up to the bedrooms. The terrace and entrance's are all on one level.
Outside
Large patio doors lead from the living area taking you into a largeAa enclosed terrace for daytime dining overlooking the swimming pool and patio. This area is completely enclosed and offers privacy for the sunbather. The swimming pool with small surrounding gardens measures approx 4 x 7 metres with an overall depth of 1.4 metres, it can be electrically heated to a comfortable temperature for allyear round enjoyment. The water is therefore wonderful and feels luxurious, it's ideal for the kids whatever the weather! In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night). Light the patio and pool area during the warm evenings and utilize the portable BBQ which is provided for those ideal lazy summer evenings. This is what holidays are all about!
Coast/Beach
The time to drive and park level to the beach is approx. 6 mins by car, unless very fit it is unsuitable to walk as it is a very steep hill down to the beach.
Golf
at the moment a new 5 star golf complex is being built just below the villa 3 minutes away! so watch this space.
Travel
Arrecife International airport is 10 kilometres away, and although it is not absolutely essential that you hire a car as getting out and about is really quite simple, taxis and car hire are readily available and inexpensive compared to the UK, as is the local bus service between the main towns, I do recommended you hire a car to get the most from your holiday and this wonderful island of Lanzarote.
Distances
Puerto Del Carmen is one of many holiday resorts on Lanzarote, it offers a fantastic variety of both daytime and nighttime activities and interests to suit people of all ages and nationalities.
The town of Puerto Del Carmen has been developed into a beautiful and vibrant resort and affords six kilometres of promenade lined with palm trees and sandy beaches.
For those who love early mornings and daytime activities or just basking in the sun this is the most perfect resort.
Further details
Just a short walk from the villa brings you to the local small supermarket/garage where you can purchase fresh bread rolls and other provisions. Also situated in this area is one of the many fabulous 'Tapas' bars offering typical Canarian dishes. A further 5-minute walk takes you in to the heart of Tias where you will find an abundance of superb restaurants, a multitude of shops (including chemist), local bars, taxi rank and the famous Tias bakery where you can enjoy fabulous warm croissants, cakes and coffee. You’ll also find a large supermarket offering many English products as well as local produce, conveniently in the supermarket you can find another coffee shop and a small children’s play area which is free of charge.
Booking notes
A booking form will be sent to you with your enquiry. A £100 deposit for each week is required on booking, the remainder to be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival.
Guest comments
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very clean and inviting and well equipped when we arrived and we tried to keep the standards throughout our stay. The furnishings were of a high standard and our bed was great so big and comfy. We took our own sky card and yes you were right there were more channels to see. The ability to use the washing machine etc is great this really helps with children. The girls would like to say that the pool was excellent it was lovely and hot. It is quite central for Tias, which is a wonderful place we had great tapas several times, we tried Las vines the further one on the corner but preferred the first las vines just prior to that – the meat selection is wonderful! The villa being only a couple of minutes drive to the main resort, which was very convenient. Terry and Sue were great to meet. Terry suggested the Texas Rancho Zoo and the girls loved it plus dad and me too! WE will return again! Many Thanks Lynne
