Quality 1 bedroom apartment with communal pool. Situated in the heart of Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. 5 minutes to beach and the town center. There is a fabulous new golf course at Anfi Del Mar which is a 10 minute taxi ride away. There are plenty of different shops in Puerto Rico center itself spar supermarkets. Restaurants variety from tapas to cuisine and an abundance of duty free shopping.

Lower tier consists of a double bed and a single.
Bathrooms: Recently refurbished bathroom complete with power shower and a bath. 20 programmable washing machine for all your holiday needs.
Kitchen: The kitchen consists of pine fitted units with the full range of cutlery and crockery, there are 2 cooking rings also completed with a toaster and kettle. You will find your fitted fridge below the units.
Living Rooms: The living room consists of a sofa / bed an up to date LCD TV with DVD player. There is a CD/radio to listen to music, table and single chair. New PVC windows with an opening door which leads you out on to your private terrace.

Accessibility
There are lifts to get to the apartment for people with any mobility difficulties just up 1 flight to level 1.

Outside
Large heated outdoor communal pool overlooking the sea. The beauty of this apartment it is only 1 of 2 to have its own terrace for bathing with sun-loungers size is approx 40ftsq for those who may like privacy whilst sunbathing.

Coast/Beach
There are 2 fantastic beaches in Puerto Rico. The first is a brief 5 minute stroll away with a variety of restaurants and shops available there.

The second is little further 15 minute walk away which is a man made beach with the sand importEd from the Caribbean to give it that Caribbean kind of feel again with a vast array of bars and restaurants.

Golf
There is a fabulous new golf course at Anfi Del Mar which is a 10 minute taxi ride away.

Travel
From Las Palmas airport pick up can be arranged for up to 5 people for a charge of 40 euros which takes approx 30 mins as opposed to the taxi charge of 65 euros. Alternatively you can arrange your own transfers or the public bus takes you into Puerto Rico numer 91.

Distances
Las Palmas the capital of Gran Canaria is worth a visit excellent for tax free shopping or a visit to the historical cathedral and museum.

Also Puerto Mogan is a lovely little town just outside Puerto Rico which is dubbed the little Venice by locals as there are streams running in between the little house you can take a pleasant little boat ride here from Puerto Rico harbour approx 10 euros return well worth a visit or you can also reach there by local bus.

I've been visiting Puerto Rico for many years and decided to buy an apartment for our family holidays. The people are so friendly and welcoming we class it as our second home. The apartment is primarily located in the heart of Puerto Rico.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is on a friendly complex where you will find a large heated swimming pool with snack bar which overlooks the sea. On-site supermarket which is open till late, 24 hour English speaking reception, an excellent restaurant which caters for all tastes and a bar/club which has regular entertainments meaning if you did not want to leave the complex there are things to keep you entertained.
