Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The above are for two people only sharing the apartment. Additional people (including children over 3 years) are charged £25 each.

Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Friday, but as this apartment is being newly let, at the moment changeover is flexible. Arrival times will be 2pm and Departure time will be 10am. Luggage can be left with the apartment Manager on the complex.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for children. There is a double wall on the balcony, too high for small children to climb over. The complex is not suitable for wheelchair access. The apartment can be accessed by a lift, but does require the descent down 7 steps, and navigation over a small hump like bridge, before ascending by lift into the apartment. Please contact the owner if you have any mobility problems, as the owner herself has a disability.

Amenities/Facilities provided

Outside
The complex has beautiful tropical gardens, which are a delight to walk through. It is a haven for birds. There are 2 swimming pools in the complex - one for children and one for adults. The pool is heated. For the safety of your children, there are always lifeguards attending the pool. At various times of the year there are recreational activities available for those who wish to join in, ie aquarobics. There is a children's play area with rocking horse, swing etc. Sunbeds and umbrellas around the swimming pool are free of charge.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is around three minutes from the new Marina. At the side of the Marina is a small black sand beach. The beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa las Americas are a short bus, or taxi ride away.

Golf
Golf Del Sur, San Miguel de Abona Golf Course has black volcanic sand in the bunkers. The wide fairways are lined with a wide variety of indigenous plants that, with its palm trees and giant cactus plants, the 800 square-metre course beside the Atlantic Ocean. To the right of the fairway is a water hazard, behind which lies an impressive ravine with an ochre-coloured rockface, while to the left is a gaping bunker of black sand. TGolf del Sur is the home of the Tenerife Open where world stars such as Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els have all tried their hand around this spectacular course.

Amarilla Golf, San Miguel de Abona - Neighbour of Golf del Sur is Amarilla Golf. From the course you will enjoy the incredible views of the majestic Mount Teide. During your round you are surrounded by a broad variety of typical Canarian flora. From the first tee, the player discovers the spectacular ocean views. At one point, the sea becomes a fairway.

Travel
The airport is 10 minutes away by taxi, and costs around 12 euros. Car hire can be booked in advance and collected at the airport. Alterntively, care hire companies will deliver to the apartment.

Distances
El Medano is a Spanish village which is quite close to Golf del Sur, and is an international windsurf location. Las Galletas is a fishing village which has wonderful fish restaurants. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are a short distance away (10 minutes in the taxi) for 'more lively' entertainment.

Further details
Literally minutes from the apartment are various supermarkets, including an English supermarket. There are various restaurants including Chinese and Mexican restaurants. 5 minutes from the apartment is a pharmacy. The San Blas Centre, just 15 minutes walk away, is one Golf Del Sur's gems. It is a combination of Shops, Supermarket, Bank, Chemist, Bars, Restaurants, School, Nightclub, DVD/Video hire, car hire, diving school, internet cafe, gift shops and a Church. There are Restaurants and bars a plenty. But this is not the noisy - lager fuelled environment found in the Veronicas & the Patch area of Las Americas, it is family orientated - with free entertainment put on every evening in the top and bottom squares in the centre.

Shops include a well stocked Netto Supermarket, Spanish Style - great for duty free alcohol & tobacco - it even takes UK pounds. Also a large Mercandona (equivalent to a very large Tesco!) at Las Chifras, Various Gift & Perfume Shops. If you have not been to Tenerife before do not buy any "Duty Free" goods on the way out or on the aircraft - prices are much cheaper in Tenerife.

Booking notes
Upon receipt of the £50 per week deposit, those week(s) will be reserved. 6 weeks prior to the holiday, the remainder of the price of the apartment will be due for payment, to enable keys to be sent.

Guest comments
The apartment was far more than we expected, and when some friends visited us, who have their own apartment in the ……….complex, they commented that if they had booked the apartment over the internet, on entering your apartment, they would have thought they had won the Lottery. It was everything you said and more, first class. Other friends who were on holiday at the same time, but booked into the ………. ……. complex, also commented that they preferred your accommodation. We have today recommended your apartment to some friends, and we believe they will be contacting you in the near future. We would also like to thank you for making things very simple when booking your apartment. We will certainly contact you again when we propose to holiday in Tenerife, once again thank you.
