Outside
Single level garden with a stepped private heated pool of approx 8 x 4 metres with sunbathing area and a covered verandah of approx 6 x 3 metres with sunblind. Outdoor furniture includes a 6 seater table with 6 chairs, 4 sunbeds, BBQ and shower. Bedrooms are adjacent to the pool area.
Coast/Beach
We are situated on the very edge of the Papagaya nature reserve with 5 beautiful unspoilt beaches close at hand. The nearest beach is within 10 minutes walking distance via the new El Pueblo shopping centre which is now complete, but as yet boasts only one restaurant\cafe.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only 30 minutes away by car. A car or bicycle is recommended.
Distances
There is a new bicycle path which starts at the local beach (within 5 minutes cycle) and extends as far as the lighthouse 12 miles away. En route there is the new Rubicon Marina, many beautiful beaches, the bustle of the town centre and port. It takes 10 minutes to cycle to the nearest of the Papagaya beaches.
