Luxury detached villa with 8x6m pool heated by solar and calorex. It has a large private fully walled terrace. It consists of a large lounge diner with 28 inch satellite TV with full sky channels also ITV and bbc select. It also has a well equipped kitchen and separate utility room which houses a washing machine and drying area. Changeover day
Arrival date is flexible depending on what suits. In Carina summer dates available from June 19th.

Outside
pool is heated to 28 degrees normally. It is possile to request 30 degrees at £30 extra for a week. It is generally not necessary unless for very small children. carina has extended terrace and both villas are fully walled with good height wall for privacy. As carina is an end garden we have a second wall parallel to outside wall for extra privacy around pool area. Carina is an extra quiet location as neighbour is owner occupier maria is also quiet and private

We recommend that you book a flight which will get you to the villa by midday as that way you get maximum enjoyment and use of the villa. If you know your flight is late depart it is best to contact me early on to explore options

last minute .com and A2B operate airport transfers and excursions from costa teguise. Also available welcome package with free airport transfers.
villa is normally available from 1 pm and depart time is 10AM for cleaning if new guests arriving. If available it is possible to stay till up to 8 pm if no guests arriving on that day at 40 pounds for day
