Notes on prices
Prices for the property per week are for 4 people and additional guests are charged at £40 per person. There is an additional charge for heating the pool of £55 per week.
A low season basic charge of £565 per week is based on 2 people sharing plus an additional charge of £40 per person per week.
Air-conditioning is available in the lounge/dining room and bedrooms 1,2 and 3 subject to an additional charge of £55 per week.
Changeover day
Changeover days are generally Wednesdays and Saturdays although some Airlines fly on different days. Arrivals can be from 2 pm and guests are expected to vacate the property by 10 am on the leaving day.

Travel
There is only one airport on the island which is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential as there are plenty of buses and taxis which are relatively cheap. For a more adventurous holiday exploring the island, car hire is recommended.
Distances
A large commercial centre is within 10 minutes walk from the villa and the main town of Caleta de Fuste is approximately 15 minutes walk.
Further details
The commercial centre includes a Spar supermarket, bank with ATM machine, bars/restaurants, cinema, ten pin bowling, boutiques and hairdressers.
