Club Atlantis is a 4* Aparthotel complex with 2 pools, (1 heated), also a kiddies paddling pool. The complex is maintained to a very high standard with 24 hour security and reception. Puerto Colon Marina is a few minutes walk as is La Pinta beach which is next to the Marina. Bars and restaurants are plentiful. Taxis are reasonable, for example from the airport to Club Atlantis is around 20 euros.

Changeover day
Change over days are flexible. Check in is 4pm but the cleaning company will try to have the apartment ready earlier if required. On day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10am.

| Bathrooms: | Shower room with large mirror and marbled surround to the wash hand basin with ample storage space. Folding seat within shower cublcle. Also in the shower room is a washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchenette is equipped with a 2 ring hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle & microwave/oven. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge with corner sofa bed (single) armchair, folding dining table, satellite flat screen TV, video & DVD player, ceiling fan, new air conditioning unit. French doors leading onto a large terrace with table and 4 chairs. |

Apartment is cleaned prior to arrival. Linen and towels are changed weekly. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a short walk away, a 5 minute stroll or a 2 minute brisk walk.
Golf
There are a few golf courses within a short taxi ride.
Travel
Reina Sofia airport is a 20 minute taxi ride away.
If hiring a car head north on the motorway and exit junction 29, take first left over the bridge, (you'll see the hospital on the right as you come over the bridge), straight on through 2 roundabouts and take the first on the left, down the hill for about a hundred yards and Club Atlantis is on the left. You can hire a key for the barrier to use the car park for a nominal sum.
Distances
Santa Cruz, the capital is about a 60 minute drive. La Laguna is not far from Santa Cruz and is a World Heritage Site. Puerto del a Cruz is slightly longer but worth going to see. Car hire is quite reasonable. We use Niza cars which is a good company. Los Cristianos is walkable, 1/2 an hour.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance plus a separate cheque for £50 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment and the return of the keys. Keys will be sent to you the week prior to arrival by Special delivery, also enclosed will be a Special delivery envelope to return the keys.
