| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom consists of double bed with his and her wardrobes, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 consists of 3 single beds, double wardrobe, ceiling fan, window overlooking terrace. Both rooms are wheelchair accessible. There is a safe box available to rent. |
| Bathrooms: | Designed to also suit wheelchair users with oversized door and accessible power shower only, (no bath). Vanity unit with lights, mirror and shaver point. Floor and wall tiles with a modern mosiac look. |
| Kitchen: | Open plan country style kitchen with double oven/grill and seperate hob, extractor, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, wine rack, iron/iron board, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. |

| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge facility with two ceiling fans, 3 piece lemon leather suite, TV, DVD/CD player, stereo system, glass dining table with 6 seats. Twin double glazed patio doors leading onto spacious terraces with relaxing loungers, table & chairs. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned weekly with a change of all linen and towels, 1 handtowel and 1 bathtowel per person (washing machine provided), this is excluding beach towels. Duvets provided in the winter months of October - February if needed. |

Accessibility
The entire apartment has good wheelchair access and the door and corridor widths inside the property are wide enough for a wheelchair to manoeuvre without difficulty. There are ramps to all areas including pool, beach & promenade which are all on one level.
Outside
The apartment has two adjoining outside private terraces, approx 105 sq m overlooking a picturesque view of the promenade and beach, it has a full range of outdoor furniture with solar lighting illuminating tropical plants providing a tranquil setting in the evening. The terraces are where we ask smokers to indulge as we encourage a non-smoking policy throughout the apartment. This attractive complex offers a well maintained heated sea water swimming pool. Within the locallity are numerous amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Parque Santiago II and surrounding areas are peaceful, quiet and safe.
Coast/Beach
A 2 minute walk to the beach, a soft white sand which is impeccably kept being cleaned & groomed daily. Sunbeds and various water sports are available & the sea is clean & safe with a gradual slope. The pedestrian promenade takes you for a lovely stroll either right, to the centre areas of Las Americas and beyond, or left to Los Cristianos, only a pleasant 10 min. or so walk away. Both directions have plenty to see along the way with plenty of watering holes if required.

Booking notes
Upon booking the apartment a non refundable deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days. The balance is then payable in full 8 weeks prior to departure. A further deposit of £50 is required with the balance, which is refunded back to you on safe return of keys and no damages/breakages are reported in the apartment.
