Newly refurbished, larger than average air-conditioned studio in a highly popular, centrally located complex in Torviscas ( Playa De Las Americas). Studio is privately owned and fully equipped to a high standard; including TV with British channels, and a large private balcony with table and chairs suitable for al fresco dining. Studio comfortably sleeps a family of 4.
It is excellently located to all amenities; including Puerto Colon beach, the Marina with several popular boat excursions, the twice weekly market, and only 5 minutes from the lovely Fanabe beach. As well as being near to both 'Sky Park', and Las Americas Centre, there are many shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday, but we will try to accommodate other days. Studio to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Studio available 3pm upon arrival.

Towels and linen are provided and changed once weekly. Cleaning is between lets.

Notes on accommodation
The complex is secure and very well run, with 24 hr reception and security, limited car parking is also available. There is a heated swimming pool, childrens' pool, lifeguard, roof top solarium, swim-up bar, and a dry bar serving food and drinks until late. There is an extensive day and evening entertainment programme. Also on site is a hairdresser, car hire and excurision kiosk, tv/games room, small laundry and tennis courts.
The room has fully adjustable, remote controlled air conditioning and safe.

Outside
There are ample sun beds, both around the pool area, as well as on the large solarium.
Coast/Beach
Studio is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Puerto Colon beach and harbour. The exclusive Fanabe beach is a mere 2 minutes on from here. Both beaches offer a wide range of activities and water sports, as well as ample choice in shops, bars and restaurants.
Golf
The apartment is situated within easy reach of a number of golf courses.
Travel
Studio is located 20 minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport.
Distances
Located 5 minutes walk from Puerto Colon and Fanabe, and only 10 minutes walk from Las Americas Centre.

Apartment location is central to all amenities.
As we are a none smoking family, we respectfully ask that cigarettes and tobacco are smoked out on the balconies.
Help with finding flights is also available on request.
Booking notes
All prices are in UK pounds sterling. A non-refundable £100 deposit is required on booking, and balances are payable 6 weeks before departure.
