Brand new three-bedroom house located two minutes walk from the restaurants/bars of Caleta and only 5 minutes stroll to the golden sandy beach. Close to the golf course. Large communal pool/gardens. The house is set on 3 levels: The middle has a lounge with two leather sofas, large TV and DVD player. The kitchen/dining room has seating for six. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave as well as facilities such as a coffee maker and a juicer. There is also a separate toilet/washroom on this level. The patio has a table with seating for four, a BBQ and 6 sun loungers.
The lower has a bedroom with en suite shower room, which is available when the party has more than four people. There is an integral garage. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large wardrobes. The beds are fitted with pure Egyptian cotton sheets.

Changeover day
Wednesday is the preferred changeover day, but I can be flexible if required.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is plentiful wardrobe space in all bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and balcony.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and balcony.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds and an en-suite.
Bathrooms: The main bathroom is large, has a bath and shower, WC and bidet and a large marble side where the sink is.
There is a cloakroom next to the living room, which has a basin and WC.
The en-suite has a shower, WC and hand basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped, with a large fridge freezer (with large freezer compartment), washing machine, coffee maker and juicer, along with plentiful utensils, plates, glasses etc. There is a glass table with seating for six.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge with two red leather sofas, a 32 inch television, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, including children's titles. The DVD doubles as a CD and MP3 player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath towels, hand towels and Egyptian cotton bedding is provided, along with warm blankets if necessary. The house is cleaned weekly and the towels and sheets changed.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is perfect for children, as the main gates to the complex are kept shut, there is a lovely pool and communal gardens. There is also a gate to the communal area if you would prefer your children to play on the patio.
The complex is relaxing, with a mixture of holidaymakers and residents.

Outside
The complex has a large swimming pool and lovely gardens. There are benches around the complex and plenty of room to take out the sun loungers which are provided (six in total).
There is a patio table for those al fresco meals.

Coast/Beach
The accommodation is 5 mins from a beautiful sandy horseshoe shaped beach. It is quite shallow and therefore perfect for children. For those more active there are plentiful watersports, jet skiing etc. along with boat trips.

Golf
Fuerteventura Golf Club is the first golf course on the island and is an 18 hole, par 71 course extending 6124 metres, with a mild descent from the club house hotel towards the sea. The ground surrounding holes 17 and 18 is the steepest.

Travel
The airport is 10km from the resort with taxis readily available and cheap. Our property managers can also collect you, and have a vehicle which can accommodate 6 people with luggage.

Further details
The shops and restaurants are only two minutes walk away, lying midway between the house and the beach, but far enough away for noise not to carry.

Booking notes
Weeks can be reserved free of charge for a few days whilst flights are booked. I ask for either a £150 (1 week) or £200 (2 weeks) security deposit, and then full payment 10 weeks prior to departure. The security deposit is repaid after returning from holiday and after the property managers have confirmed the house is in good order.

Just writing to let you know we had a wonderful time, we loved your house, its clean, airy and the location is excellent, wished we'd gone for two weeks now as it felt like home from home, I suffer from terrible home sickness, this is the first time ever that I didn't want to come home from a foreign holiday and kept putting off the packing. Your property managers were extremely efficient, helpful and polite. I have filed your details as we had such a good time we may return next year if you're still renting out.
