Welcome to Vineyard Villas Tenerife, set in 2000m of tropical gardens, vineyard and fruit trees. Walk through the small vineyard in front of the villas to the large pool, sunbathing areas, beyond that to the private guest´s garden. Children welcome 1.4. to 1.11. Long Term available. The 1 bedroom cottage with private terrace abundant with geraniums, 2nd terrace off lounge with direct ocean view. The 2 bedroom cottage has ocean, vineyard views from terrace and lounge. The cottages are in the mountains, yet only 3 minutes to the beach, by car or local bus passing the entrance to the finquita. We are located on the south east coast of Tenerife, above Candelaria, with its beaches, large plaza and beach side cafés and restaurants. If mass tourism is not to your liking this might be for you. Tranquility and superb views wherever you go on the finca. Children welcome in school holidays, between April and October, other months are adults only months.

Accessibility
The villas are safe as they are all ground level, two steps down to vineyard and two steps to the pool area sunbathing area. Guest´s garden beyond.
Outside
Large private terraces with barbecue and garden furniture, sunbeds, parasols, plenty of sunbeds around the pool. 2 bed has large terrace facing vineyard and ocean the one bedroom bedroom has 2 terraces, one facing the orange trees, abundant with geraniums and grapevine, and the 2nd terrace from the lounge with direct uninterrupted ocean views.
Coast/Beach
The villas are in the countryside yet only 3 mins by local bus, which passes the entrance to the house, or car. A taxi to town costs 2.90 euros which is about £1.50. Tranquility, no mass tourism, no overhead air traffic, yet minutes to the beaches by bus or car.
Golf
Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur 25 mins. Reina Sofia Tenerife south airport 35km. Loro Park 45 mins. Siam Park new this year 30 mins.
Special interest holidays
We are ideally situated for walking. Long Term available. Midway between north and South Tenerife, the houses are situated in an area known as the little oven, in a valley between two mountains, we have superb climate. A quote from one of our guests ´a real find a true oasis amidst the barren landscape of the south east coast.
Travel
Reina Sofia 23 mins. There is a bus service all over the island.
Distances
Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 20 mins drive to the beautiful capital of Tenerife. Mount Teide, 2 hours with barbecue areas on the way up. We are midway between the best two white sandy beaches in Tenerife, Las Teresitas and El Medano. Loro Park, must be seen. Ten minute drive from the cottages is a park up in the mountains, set amongst the pine trees, with swings for children, barbeques, tables and chairs.

30% deposit on making reservation. Balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Long term reductions one month or more.
House swap
House swap considered in the month of May, June or September, these are the only months as we rent the property the rest of year. These months are our low season in Tenerife.
Owner profile
About the owner
I am from London and my husband is from La Palma, one of the smaller Canary Islands. We purchased the finca as it had lovely views to the ocean but was just minutes from the town, at only 100 metres above sea level, so no chilly evenings. This was the first house in our area, however it has become a popular area for building villas, therefore we have some neighbours now. Candelaria is a delightful town, well away from mass tourism, My husband, is a builder and built the holiday cottages.

Our priority was superb views and only minutes to town and sea at only 100 metres above sea level, and has a superb climate between two mountains.
Unique benefits of the property
Similar country properties are usually high up in the mountains, although offering the same views but cannot offer the climate, as we are only 100 metres above sea level and therefore no cold nights.
