Within a 5 minute drive of Playa Blanca centre, Papagayo beaches and marina Rubicon and a 10 minute walk to local shops. Clients can benefit from a welcome service provided by our local English housekeepers.

Strictly no smoking in the villa and grounds.
Accessibility
Accommodation is all on ground floor level making it suitable for guests who prefer no stairs.
Outside
Casa Rosu has large south-west facing fully tiled sun terraces with outside dining and barbecue area. Large salt chlorinated un-heated swimming pool with easy access, outside shower and four sun-loungers. Lovely sunsets and sea/mountain views from 1st. floor sun terrace which has additional sun-loungers and dining table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
Within 5 mins drive of Papagayo National Park beaches, 5 mins to Playa Blanca Dorada and town beaches.
Golf
Golf courses, new 9 hole course at Tias approx 20 mins drive, 18 hole course (Campo del golf ) located on outskirts of Costa Tequise appro 45 mins drive.
Travel
Casa Rosu is approx 30 mins drive from Arrecife airport. We recommend that you hire a car on arrival at the airport to fully explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote. Alternatively there are bus and taxi services whithin a 5 mins walk of the property. Ferry service operates to Fuerteventura from Playa Blanca harbour at 20 mins to the hour during the day. Local water taxi 'The Princess Yaiza' runs between Playa Blanca harbour, Marina Rubicon and Papagayo beaches.
Distances
Arrecife airport approx 30 mins by car. Beaches 5 mins by car, 10-12 mins by bike, 25 mins walk via coastal paths. Playa Blanca centre 5 mins by car or 40 mins leisurely stroll along coastal foothpath with Marina Rubicon stop off for market visit (Wednesday and Saturday am) and refreshments.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at time of booking.
Final payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. It is essential clients arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance.
