This luxurious bungalow, located on Fuerteventura's spectacular championship 18 hole Golf Club Resort, is beautifully appointed. It boasts a spacious patio area, which has distant views to the Atlantic Ocean and traditional cactus gardens at the front and rear of the property. There is a large communal pool just 100 metres away. The bungalow is located in a very private and quiet area of the Golf Resort, offering peace and tranquillity. The nearest sandy beach is only 1km, and the new commercial centre is nearby. The bungalow is just 10 minutes walk from the new clubhouse, which is also a 5 * hotel, offering a wide variety of services, inc. a delightful restaurant, and a relaxing piano bar. If you were to hire a car the island of Lanzarotte is a 20 minute fast ferry ride, worth a day trip. There are also diving, whale watching and fishing trips available from the harbour. The windsurfing conditions are among the best in Europe.

Notes on accommodation
The bungalow is located in a very quiet cul de sac location, set on its own private grounds. It offers a safe and secure environment for young children. The front garden and patio area is walled in with a secure double gate entrance. A cot and high chair available if booked in advance. The bungalow also has: Secure gates. Off road enclosed private car parking. Telephone Intercom. Smoke alarm, fire blanket and alarm system.
Accessibility
The bungalow has one small step leading from the car parking area onto the front patio, double door opens for wheelcair access into the bungalow.
Outside
There is a wonderful traditional cactus garden at the front of the bungalow with large Spanish style potted plants. The patio area is very large, {22m2} and it boasts a distant view to the Atlantic Ocean. At the rear of the bungalow there are 2 large sliding patio doors leading from each bedroom to a delightful rear garden with a patio area outside each bedroom. For your comfort there is: large patio table, 4 chairs with fitted cushions, 4 sun beds.
Coast/Beach
The golden sandy beach is located just 20 minutes walk away, and it is very safe for swimming making it ideal for all the family. Pedaloes and surfing boards can be hired, also bikes. There are lots of places to eat along the beach area.
Golf
Fuerteventura is an idyllic location for the perfect Golfing holiday. Blessed with a subtropical climate, Fuerteventura enjoys an average temperature of 25C, making this an all year round destination for golf or indeed any other sporting activity. The championship course is a par 71 extending 6078 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5, gently climbs to a well-protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dogleg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play on.
Travel
Ryanair now fly direct from Stansted. Fuerteventura Airport is approximately 8km away. A free Shuttle Bus Service is available daily between the Golf Club, the Commercial Centre and Caleta de Fuste. This runs every half hour up to 10pm. You can arrange a private taxi from the Airport to the Golf Resort, for 15 Euro {approximately}. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you advice on Companies that offer very competitive rate.
Distances
The town of Caleta de Fuste is approximately 1.5 km away. The port of Rosario is approx 15 drive beyond the airport. On the west coast 20 minutes from Caleta Tindaya Village is a must to visit it is a typical fuerteventura village set in the heart of the fabulous mountains, still unspoilt by mass tourism, there is a small selection of bars and places to eat, Tindaya beach is a gem but difficult to find without directions. Tindaya Arms doubles as the tourist office.
Further details
Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265 km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise.
The Golf Resort / bungalow is located is in the middle of the East coast, South of Caleta de Fuste. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the Island. Caleta de Fuste is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta de Fuste is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children.
Thalasso and Spa center approx 25 min walk from the bungalow. Diving centre at Porte, Castille Harbour, also whale watching and seal feeding excursions from the above harbour.
At the entrance to the Golf Course Resort {20 min. walk from the bungalow} you will find the new Commercial Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops.
There is also a wonderful sheltered lagoon beach nearby.
Booking notes
When you arrive you will be greeted by our experienced management team. If you require a baby chair, or a travel cot for your baby, we can hire them to you for a small charge. A non refundable booking deposit of 50% is payable by cheque within seven days of reserving the bungalow, and the balance due is payable 6 weeks prior to departure date. The bungalow is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Dawn, a quick e mail to let you know we had a great holiday. The bungalow was ideal for us with 2 young children and we all enjoyed it. my eldest loved having the pool so close and made good use of it. Location is excellent, shops and beach close by. We did hire a car, which enabled us to see much of the island. I would like to thank you for your help and honesty in arranging the process, as this was our first experience of direct booking, as opposed to a package deal, it was all very good, and should we return we would definitely book your property. We have owned our bungalow for nearly five years and really enjoy talking to people and help them with booking a holiday they will enjoy, people either send quite a few e mails or even telephone us to ask our advice on activities and distances to beach (1/2 kil away) places to eat, or even adjacent islands (Lanzarote). We are retired and do try to spend quite a bit of time in Fuerteventura, but also like to be here to see our only grandchild. We have very good property managers who do an excellent job for us and are very helpful to our clients, in fact they owned the bungalow before us.
