El Beril is a seafront complex just outside Las Americas very close to the best Hotel on the island 'Bahia del Duque'. The house enjoys superb sea views. It is within 5 minutes drive of the Costa Adeje golf course with splendid sea views where the Spanish open was held in. An ideal location being close enough to airport & restaurants yet still being very quiet. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, utility room and full kitchen facilities. The terrace and balcony overlook the pool and sea and enjoy sunshine all day and into the evening.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover is Friday, but we are sometimes able to accommodate Tuesday.

Notes on accommodation
The property is situated at the end of a terrace which means that, unlike all the other houses we have windows all the way down the side of the house which can be permanently left open as they are protected by security grills. The house is therefore cool even in the height of summer. As we have a south and west aspect we also are the only property enjoying the evening sun. We have a cot and various pieces of equipment for babies including stair gates, if needed.

Outside
The top balcony off the main bedroom has superb views over the pool and out to sea facing south and west. The terrace off the living room has a barbecue and table and chairs and is also south/west facing. There are 8 sun loungers by the pool kept locked for your private use. the pool is divided by rocks to prevent children straying accidentally from the shallow area to the deeper swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The complex is on the seafront path and you can therefore be on the beach in 2 minutes walk without even crossing a road. The hotel next door is arguably the best on the island and has beach chairs that can be hired daily if you wish as well as beautiful seafront restaurants and cafes.
Golf
Golf Information The house is ideal for golfers being close to the Golf Costa Adeje course where the 2003 Spanish open was held. This course has stunning sea views & a well equipped new clubhouse including driving range. Travel
The airport in the south of Tenerife is called Reina Sophia or sometimes just Tenerife South. It is only 20 minutes drive, but we never suffer from aircraft noise. Car hire is not essential as taxis are very available and reasonably priced, but we are happy to recommend a local English car-hire company who are thoroughly reliable and will allow you to collect and return your car to the airport if you wish.
Distances
Within a few minutes drive you can reach all the popular places in Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The mountain called Teide is within an hour and has magnificent lunar-type landscape and is often capped by snow despite there being brilliant sunshine on the beach below. The North of the island can be reached in an hour to experience the more traditional towns.
