Set on the southernmost tip of the island, the aptly named Costa Del Silencio is one of the most serene and tranquil spots on the coast of Tenerife. The apartment has recently been refurbished throughout to the highest of standards with new kitchen and bathroom and floor tiled right throughout. The apartment is situated in a hotel complex where the guests can use all the hotels amenities. Two swimming pools, the first is very large and the second smaller pool is heated ideal for small children, tennis courts, 5-aside football, archery, bowls, table tennis, children's play area, two bars and a restaurant all surrounded by mature well kept gardens. The complex is situated in the centre of Costa Del Silencio and therefore close to all shops, bars and a wide range of restaurants. The town of Las Galletas is only 10 minutes walk away and is a fast growing, it has a wide range of shops, bars and fish restaurants situated along the harbour and sea front.

Living Room: A largecomfortable lounge area with sofa turning into double sofabed, TV with English channel and DVD player with a selectionof DVDs which will also play your CDs. Two reclining chairs and coffee table. There is a dining area with tabl and chair, and a high powered floor fan. Bedroom 1: this has a double bed, bedside cabinets and dressing table with mirror. The double wardrobes are large with a safe for you valuables. High powered fan. Bedroom 2: This has twin beds witha bedside cabinet and large double wardrobes. High powered fan. Kitchen: Fitted with 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There is also a large storage cupboard where you eill find balcony seat pads and parasol etc. Bathroom: Has bath/shower over, WC hand basin + bidet, shelves for storage. Hairdryer. Roof Terrace and Balcony: both have table & chairs with seat pads and parasols, terrace also hassun loungers, BBQ and storage. |

Two shared pools the smaller one is heated ideal for the kids and a large pool.
Coast/Beach
The sea is only 5 minutes walk away, the nearest beach is at Las Gallets with is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area the nearest being Amerilla golf (18 holes) around 10 minutes by car and Golf Dur Sur being 15 minutes drive (27 hole).
Travel
The nearest airport is the Reina Sofia approx 15 minutes drive from the airport. Taxi take around 15 minutes and cost 15 to 20 Euro.
Distances
Las Gallets, 10 minutes walking. Los Cristianos / Las Americas 15 minutes by taxi, cost around 20 Euros - by Bus 30 minutes, cost 2 Euros (buses every 20 minutes).

If you are a large family or group of 4 persons needing two or more apartments I can organise as many apartments as you need on the same complex and all very close together.

£50 booking deposit is required by cheque, and full balance 6 week prior to departure date.
