Notes on prices
Prices quoted are for 2 people. Add £25 per extra person per week. We can hire a folding bed in the 2 bed/2 bath for £20 per week. We can hire a cot and high chair for £25 per week.
We can also arrange flights as we are agents for Atol holders so can book all available flights from most UK airports. If you would like a price to include flights please state preferred departure airport and ages of any children. We can also book car hire from the airport.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually a Thursday but we can sometimes be flexible, so please ask if an alternative day is required.

2 Bedroom Villa with Sea View (Sleeps 3)

This beautifully furnished, well equipped villa with sea view has recently had a new kitchen and shower room fitted. It has an open plan lounge/dining area incorporating the fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, full cooker, coffee machine and juicer and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, washing machine and microwave. The lounge has a CD/cassette player, TV with Sky family package and video player with wide choice of videos. There is one double size bedroom with twin beds and ample wardrobe space and the small second bedroom has a single bed. This villa has a pretty, private patio garden with gate. There is a table and chairs for dining outside, a barbecue plus sunbeds for relaxing in the sunshine. The villa also has a retractable awning on the patio for extra shade if required. Cots and high chairs can be hired and there is a weekly maid service with full clean at the end of the week plus a mid-week towel change.

2 Bedroom Villas (Sleeps 4)

You enter these villas through wide sliding patio doors into an open plan lounge/dining area incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, gas or electric cooker, kitchen accessories including coffee machine and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The villas are very well furnished and equipped with washing machine, microwave, CD/cassette player, TV and video player or DVD player. A lobby leads to an attractive fully tiled bath/shower room. There is one double size bedroom with ample wardrobe space and the small second bedroom has either a single bed or bunk beds. There is a pretty, private patio garden with gate. There is a table and chairs for dining outside plus sunbeds for relaxing in the sunshine. Cots and high chairs can be hired and there is a weekly maid service with full clean at the end of the week and a mid-week towel change.

3 Bedroom Villas (Sleeps up to 6)

This villa is on the end of a small terrace and has beautiful views from the large patio garden. You enter the villa through wide sliding patio doors into an open plan lounge/dining area incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, kitchen accessories including coffee machine and juicer and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The villa is very well furnished and equipped with washing machine, microwave, CD/cassette player, ceiling fans and TV with a Sky family package and video player. A lobby leads to an attractive fully tiled bath/shower room. There are two double size bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and the small third bedroom has bunk beds. This villa is a beautifully looked after, well furnished and equipped spacious villa with two double size bedrooms, a full bathroom plus a separate shower room. It can accommodate up to 5 people with the use of a folding bed. You enter the villa through wide sliding patio doors into an open plan lounge/dining area incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, coffee machine and juicer and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Outside
The villas are situated in beautifully landscaped gardens around a large shared heated pool and a heated paddling pool. There are 2 tennis courts. You can buy ice creams, snacks and drinks as well as postcards and stamps from reception. The villas themselves have a private patio garden with gate. There are sun loungers and patio table and chairs and some have a barbecue.

Coast/Beach
There are 3 golden sand beaches within walking distance of Casas del Sol. The pretty village beach is under 10 minutes walk away, Playa Flamingo is about 10 minutes walk away and Playa Dorada about 20 minutes walk. The nearby beaches of Papagayo are only a short drive. Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo have a selection of activities including pedalos, jet-skis and big banana and also have shops and bars behind them. The beaches are golden sand and gently sloping so great for paddling and swimming.

Golf
The Golf Club at Costa Teguise is about an hours drive away. It's an 18 hole course open all year. Trolleys, electric buggies and clubs are all available to hire.

Travel
Arrecife airport is about 30 minutes drive away.
There is a ferry terminal in the harbour opposite Casas del Sol where the ferry goes to and from nearby Fuerteventura.
Car hire is not essential as Casas del Sol is in the heart of Playa Blanca only a couple of minutes walk from the village with it's pedestrianised main street, shops, restaurants and beach. We would recommend car hire to see more of this beautiful island and can arrange this for you.

Further details
There are several supermarkets in the village as well as several ATM machines and banks. There is a nice childrens playground and also several interesting shops where you can buy clothing, gifts and perfume. Playa Blanca has a wide variety of restaurants and a good choice of bars. The evening's entertainment would involve a good meal, a stroll along the promenade and a drink. Playa Blanca is family oriented and definitely not for clubbers. A couple of bars have live music or karaoke and a couple of bars show sporting events.

Booking notes
We take payment by cheque and ask for a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost or full payment if booked within 8 weeks of travel. Balances are due 2 months before travel.

We returned yesterday from Lanzarote and would like to say how much we enjoyed Villa 14c at Casas del Sol.
We thought it was very well furnished and equipped,kept spotlessly clean and situated in such a good position both for the swiming pool and for access to the town.

I would just like to say what a fantastic holiday we had in 31a Casas del Sol Sept 14th -28th (Bowman and Knights).
We all enjoyed ourselves and the villas was perfect for the four off us. Norman and I enjoyed it so much we have already booked to go next year. Would recommend Playa Blanca and the resort to anyone.
