Stunning villa in Tias situated in the residential area of La Candelaria just a short drive from Tias village centre. Ideally located 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the beach and main resort of Puerto Del Carmen and 5 minutes from the new Golf Course between Tias and Carmen. The villa is completely self contained with private entrance, drive and parking. In addition to all the usual facilities you would expect from a luxury villa Tiffany also offers Air Conditioning/Heating in the master suite, BBC and ITV, Internet connection if requested and Beach Towels to save valuable luggage space. Due to the unique layout of this villa it is not suitable for young children, although any request will be considered. Casa Tiffany and Lanzarote offer an ideal location for a relaxing break away from it all in luxurious surroundings on a beautiful island. With the owners living in a separate apartment on site without intruding are available for any needs or advice.

Notes on accommodation
Due to the high standard of finish and the villa layout rental is restricted to 1 or 2 couples only and babes in arms. Teenage children can be considered after discussion with the owners. The villa is also only available certain weeks of the year. The owners live in a separate apartment on site and are therefore available if you should need help or advice but never intrude. Unique to Lanzarote, we offer a maid service tailored to your requirements, prices vary according to your needs.
Outside
The large terrace area at the front of the villa is surrounded by well stocked gardens. The large 12 x 4.5 metre swimming pool is all one depth (1.5m), heated and ideal for swimmers and those needing to exercise regularly. Ample sun beds are available around the pool. Upstairs there is a very large terrace area overlooking the pool and with panoramic views. Here you can sit and enjoy Alfresco dining or just sit relax and read. At the rear of the property leading from the Solana/Utility room there is a small garden area where your washing can dry or you could sit quietly and read or soak up the Canarian sun.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are at Puerto Del Carmen just a 15 minute drive away, and stretch for miles giving you the opportunity to choose between the busier and quieter spots. There are ample sun beds available for hire and varying water sports available in certain areas. The north of the Island has some attractive rugged coastlines and at the resort of Famara there is the opportunity to try some fabulous wind surfing.
Golf
The Island has 2 golf courses, the original course at Costa Teguise which is a 20 minute drive or alternatively the new course on the hill between Tias and Puerto Del Carmen which is just 5 minutes away. The villa owner would be able to advise on which course you may prefer and also can book tee times etc.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only a 10 minute drive away making your transfer to this villa easy. You are far enough from the airport to avoid any aircraft noise but still able to plane spot if you wish. We do recommend a car with this villa and this can be booked for you to either collect upon arrival at the airport or have delivered direct to the villa. You will be met at the villa to assist with your luggage and lead you to the villa.
Distances
Tias village is only 2 minutes drive from the villa or for those more energetic it is a 20 minute walk, although we don't consider it a particularly good walk as some parts of the route have no pavements. The main resort of Puerto Del Carmen is only 15 minutes drive. The Island has many attractions all within easy reach by car from this central location.
Further details
Tias village caters for most needs with supermarkets, tapas bars, cafe-bars, restaurants, bakers, banks, hairdressers, english church and many other shops. There are also 2 chemists and a brand new medical centre extremely well equipped, so don't forget you E111 card.
Booking notes
For each week booked there is a 200 sterling deposit required with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Payments can be made by cheque in the UK or by bank transfer in sterling in the UK or in Euros to a bank on the Island. Should you flight be cancelled due to ASH CLOUD problems the owners will honour your booking at some future date.
