Notes on prices
Prices are based on four people sharing. Extra person priced at £50 per person per week. Extra days charged on a pro rata basis.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival and departure times are also flexible depending on whether there are other arrivals/departures due.

| Other: | There is a most unusual indoor garden feature which contains a variety of plants. |

Outside
The outside terrace is spacious and comes with two loungers and patio table and four chairs.
Coast/Beach
A 10 mins walk will take you down to either the harbour, cove or beach. With regard to watersports the choice is endless. If snorkeling or scuba diving is your thing there is a water sports school located at the cove. The banana boat runs in summertime as do para gliders.
Golf
There are currently two golf courses on the Island of Lanzarote. One is located in Costa Teguise and the other is very close in Tias about five mins away by car.
Special interest holidays
If you have an interest in painting or creative writing, this is the location for you.
Travel
Arrecife airport is located about 15 mins away. The taxi fare is about 15 euros. A car is not necessary in order to get around.
Distances
Five mins walk brings you down to the old town of Puerto del Carmen.
Further details
There is a local shop located just outside the complex which is ideal for last minute items.

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation either by bank/building society draft or bank transfer. The balance is required 8 weeks before departure.
