Parque Santiago 2 is just 15- 20 minutes from the airport. 2 individual luxurious apartments, superbly fully refurbished to a very high standard. A large 2 bed apartment, sitting on a corner plot all on one level, with 2 large outdoor private terraces one is a real sun trap, where you can hear the cascading waves from the Atlantic Ocean. The other is a 1 bed, 3rd floor, duplex apartment with views over the pool and amazing sea views. A very well maintained traditional complex with large heated, very well maintained pool area set in a central position and situated on a coastal walk between Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Both apartments are situated on the internal part of the complex so there is no noise from any of the shops or bars both are ideal for families. There are secured gates to the back of the complex which have direct access to the sea front which is literally 50 metres away. A short stroll takes you to a variety of beaches, numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

The above prices are for 4 people all inclusive for the apartment for one week.
In the 2 bed when there are 6 people there is an extra charge of £30 pp per week for the extra linen and
towels. Late deals within 2 weeks ring for special offer. Special prices for September 2008 late deals: Late cancellation for 1st 2 weeks in September, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom booking offer.

This is a delightful duplex apartment with downstairs lounge, diner and separate kitchen. Upstairs is a large bedroom with walk in wardrobe and large bathroom. We have recently fitted a washing machine too. |

Notes on accommodation
Security shutters and safety / safe box. Secure Grills on all exterior doors and windows all for your safety. The TV has all Sky channels and English ITV, BBC. This apartment does not overlook any bars, nightclubs or shopping mals. It is in a corner secluded spot very private and peaceful.
Accessibility
The 2 bed corner plot has excellent wheelchair access.
All around the complex there are ramps across all areas even to the sea front out of the complex and the surrounding area is flat. The apartment is all on one level which lead out onto the enclosed twin terraces.
Outside
The two outside private terraces stretch across each corner of the apartment, one terrace has outside dining facilities for 6, the other has sun loungers this is a real suntrap. Lighting is positioned in the borders and tropical palms planted all around the terraces.
The 1 bed apartment has a terrace with magnificent views and a table and 4 chairs for outside dining. A large sun canopy as it gets the sun all day and you can watch the most beautiful sunset from here.
Coast/Beach
50 metres to a choice of beaches. Los Cristianos beach is a short flat coastal walk of 5 mins, Bahia del Duque a beautiful white sand beach in the picturesque area of Del Duque is a 30 mins coastal walk, Parque Santiago II has beautiful tropical gardens, swimming pools, sun terraces, restaurants and shopping centre, recommended for people seeking a central, lively type of holiday. Good for families and elderly people wanting to be on flat ground.
Golf
Tenerife as a true golfing destination has been waiting in the wings for several years. Golf tourism in Tenerife is booming. Tenerife now has six golf courses open for play and are subject to change without notice. Amarilla Golf Par 72/6077m. In South Tenerife just a few mins drive from Golf Del Sur lies the extremely well maintained 18 hole Amarilla golf and country club. Set over a variety of terrains, in particular watch out for the 4th and 5th greens where wayward approach shots will leave you searching over the cliff edge for lost balls! Green fees from £33 - £52. Golf Costa Adeje Par 72/6280m designed by Pepe Gancedo and set overlooking the coast, Costa Adeje uses the natural terrain and stone walls of a former banana plantation. The course provides stunning views along the south of the island and with its raised tees, excellent fairways and well protected greens Costa Adeje is a must on any golfers visit to Tenerife.

Booking notes
Please note no availability New Year in both apartments. A refundable deposit for any breakages and keys deposit this is charged at £100. This is returned to you immediately on leaving the apartment and returning the keys back to us.
A 50% booking deposit is required and made payable by cheque within 7 days of reserving the apartment.
