Lovely, new detached villa with sea and golf course views. Located within walking distance of the Caleta Beach and Atlantico Shopping centre with its cinema multiplex, shops and restaurants. There is a large, heated swimming pool (10m x 4m x 1.5m) with poolside basketball situated on a large, south facing plot, bathed in the sun from sunrise to sunset. There is a large rooftop solarium with high walls for privacy and lovely views over the marina, the sea and the golf course. There are also relaxer chairs on the roof top ideal for stargazing. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite and 2 with 2 single beds in each. All bedrooms have ceiling and floor-standing fans. There is also an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine in the utility room and all mod-cons in the kitchen.

Notes on prices
Prices for 4 people sharing per property per week for in UK Pounds and Euro prices are on request.Infants under 2 are free for the whole year. £75.00 extra per each additional person up to a maximum of 6. Date of departure determines the price. November -March extra charges will apply for the use of electric pool heater. £200 breakage deposit is payable with the balance and refunded on your return to the UK after an inventory check on the day of departure. Strictly no smokers only please.
Changeover day
We are flexible with the changeover dates. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. During Summer school holidays the first booking will determine the changeover date, usually Wednesday or a Saturday.

Property is cleaned once a week. All linen is provided as well as one set of towels per person to include bath towel and hand towel. Beach towels are essential and must be supplied by the guest for use on the sun loungers as we include sunlounge cushions. |

Notes on accommodation
Please note that we keep our villa smoke free. We require £200 deposit to secure the booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Breakage deposit will be required of £200.00 and is payable with the balance payment. Fully refundable on return subject to an inventory on the day of departure. Swimming pool is 1.5m deep all along and there is no shallow point therefore it may not be suitable for small children. All children must be supervised at the pool at all times. There is no fencing around the pool so small children will have to be supervised. Electric pool heater between November and March additional charge applies of £100.00 per week.
Accessibility
We have 2 steps between the entrance after you enter the front gate and the pool area and the house so our house is not suitable for someone completely wheelchair bound. The house is on one level and the only stairs lead to the roof-top terrace.
Outside
There is a charcoal BBQ by the pool, and a large patio area around the pool with 6 sun loungers with cushions. The pool is large 10x4x1.5m and has a solar heat cover and electric heater between November and March. It is cleaned and treated twice a week by a professional pool cleaner. It is private and screened off from the neighbouring properties by fencing to the front and sides with the main villa sheltering it from the wind. There is a table and 6 chairs with sun umbrella on the outside patio by the pool for outdoor dining and midday shade.
Coast/Beach
There is a sheltered beach only 15 minutes walk away behind the Atlantico Shopping Centre. There are currently 2 Island Style restaurants being built near it as well as Sheraton Golf Resort and Spa Hotel. As you walk along that beach you get to the bigger Caleta Beach with sun loungers and umbrellas near the marina. There is also jet ski hire there as well as many shops and restaurants. By car Caleta beach can be reached within 5 minutes and Atlantico sheltered bay in less then 3 minutes.
Golf
The villa is on the golf course. It is best to have a car if you have your golf clubs with you as it will take approximately 15 minutes walk from the villa to the golf club, although we are only 5 minutes walk from the 17th tee. There is access to the golf course from either side of our road and, although construction of new villas is still in progress around the golf course it does not disrupt the game or indeed the golf course itself. Second Golf course, Las Salinas is now open and is located right next to ours, so you have now 2 18-hole courses to chose from. We have no control over our neighbours DIY attempts or emergency works in the villas.
Special interest holidays
Fuerteventura is known for its kite surfing and windsurfing and white sand blue water beaches.
Travel
There is only one Airport on the Island and it is only 20 minutes away from the villa. To see this beautiful and varied island we recommend that you hire a car. There are frequent buses to the Capital, Puerto De Rosario and from there you can take bus number 6 to the famous Dunes of Corralejo, which must be seen to be believed. Car hire is recommended but not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.
Distances
Caleta centre with numerous shops and restaurants is 5 minutes drive or you can catch the Golf Course complementary bus service from the Hotel Elba Palace on the golf course, which also stops at the Atlantico shopping centre and runs hourly untill 11:00p.m.
Further details
There is a bank in the centre as well as excellent hairdresser and good quality shops and restaurants. There is a Multiplex Cinema there as well as amusement arcade with bowling alley and Internet access (1 euro for 20 minutes). There are few Doctors Surgeries in Caleta Centre as well as well stocked up Chemist.
Booking notes
Non refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking or full payment within 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay in euros you can make a bank transfer to our Spanish Account. On receipt of the full payment we will release details of keys and directions.

This area represents great rental potential and great investment. With fantastic weather all year around and beaches with crystal clear waters. Fantastic vistas all around and great roads to explore the islands unique, Mexican-like atmosphere.
Great place to get away from it all without the noise of night clubs on the doorstep. What could be better then your own house with a lovely pool on a gold course and minutes walk from a beach?
Good enough reason to buy? I think so!
Unique benefits of the property
That pool always makes us fly back as often as we can. Nothing nicer then swimming in your own pool on a terrace bathed in the sun from sunrise to sunset. In February we were still sunbathing at 6.30 p.m. Also being able to do what you want ,when you want, eat by the pool or swim by the moon light in a warm water gazing at the stars in silence. We do not watch much TV when we are there.
