There is a private heated swimming pool with sun bathing terraces and shaded areas, and a pool bar from where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst partaking of refreshments. The Reception where guests can book car hire, excursions, access the Internet and rent safety deposit boxes, has English speaking staff.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Thursday but we can be flexible during low season. The apartments will be ready by 4pm or earlier and guests are requested to vacate by 10am (later by arrangement). Suitcases can be left in reception on day of arrival and departure.
Notes on accommodation
Both apartments feature unusual internal gardens and the well maintained community gardens enhance the exotic feeling of Lago Verde.
Apartments 13 and 4 are in close proximity and therefore offer flexible accommodation for families wishing to holiday together.
Outside
Both apartments have very large terraces with panoramic views of the harbour and across to Fuerteventura and are equipped with dining table and chairs and sun loungers.
The communal swimming pool is heated and there are sun bathing terraces, a shaded area and a very popular pool bar which offers refreshments and light lunches.
Coast/Beach
The old fishing port, about a five minute walk, is home to superb seafood restaurants whilst the nearest sandy beach is only ten minutes away. The main resort golden sandy beach is a further 5 minutes.
Golf
Golf is available at the brand new 18 hole golf course in Tias, only a 5 minute drive or taxi ride and also at Costa Teguise which is approximately 15 minutes away.
Travel
Arrecife airport is only a 10 minute taxi ride. Car hire is not essential but recommended if you wish to explore this unusual and beautiful island.
Further details
There are supermarkets very close by, literally a two minute walk, and an abundance of excellent restaurants around the harbour.
