Changeover day
Can be flexible.
Villa can be accessed at 2pm on day of arrival and vacated at 10am.
However later departures and arrivals can be arranged depending on occupancy. Long term lets are considered.

There are double doors to the entrance to the villa.
It is on one level both inside and outside villa except for a step into the bathroom.

Main beach area is 5 minutes walk and is very sandy

There is an 18 hole golf course in Costa Teguise which is a 5 minute drive away.

There is a poolside bar a restuarant which offer food all day breakfast dinner and take aways. Reception has a bar which holds nightly entertainent for children and adults a games room and an internet room

About the owner
We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children living in Ireland.
Our children are Sarah Jane 18, Matthew 14, and Keelin 9 years old.
We first visted Sands Beach in February 2006 and instantly fell in love with it. It has something for everyone of all ages.
Each time we go we make lots of friends as there is so many activities to join in.
Year purchased: 2006
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought our villa in Sands Beach as there is sunshine in Lanzarote all year round and we enjoy holidaying when the children get their school holidays. The villa is on one level and the swimming pool is right outside the villa. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away so you can have a beach holiday without all the sand in the villa.
The airport is a 10 minute ride in a taxi which is very important if you have children as all they want to do is jump in the pool as soon as the plane lands.
Unique benefits of the property
There are activities to suit everyone of all ages kids club, sports for teenagers and adults throughout the day. As there is a man-made beach wind surfing is safety taught to young children. Each night there is mini disco and evening entertainment. You can walk along the beach to a variety of shops and restaurants that are reasonably priced. There is a tennis court and a playground all on site. Locally there is a water park which is great fun.
