Villa Cassie is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The house is situated in a lovely quiet residential area, but only 10 minutes from the main town of Arrecife. The villa has wonderful sea views from the very large expanse of patio which incorporates a barbecue area. There is a electrically heated swimming pool (9 x 3m) for all year round swimming whatever the weather and the property is very private and not overlooked.

Outside
Private drive up to the house which is on a large plot. Villa Cassie has a large south facing sun terrace with wonderful views. Large swimming pool with easy access, walk down steps. There is also full dining facilities in the covered dining terrace (which faces out to sea) and sun beds.
Golf
Costa Teguise golf club is approx 15mins drive from the villa. There is a set of golf clubs in the villa for customers use free of charge.
Travel
Arrecife airport is less than 10 minutes drive. We would certainly recommend hiring a car if you wish to explore this beautiful island. To hire a base car (Opal Corsa) would cost approximately £80 per week. We can give you our contact if required.

There are so many diverse places to visit on the Island:- The National Park of Timanfaya is a volcanic field where visitors can discover a great variety of geological phenomena as well as a vast array of some 180 different plant species. Jameos del Agua is one of the most interesting galleries of connecting caves and underground grottoes in the world and lies to the north of Lanzarote at the foot of the volcano Monte de la Corona which erupted around 3,000 years ago. For the children and the young at heart, a trip on the giant waterpark slides is a must. Pehaps you would enjoy a sail over to Fuerteventura - just half an hour.

About the owner
I am 52 years old and have been married to my husband Tony for 30 years. We have 3 children. 2 daughters of 24 and 26 and a son of 17 who all love to go to the villa. We as a family enjoyed holidays in Lanzarote for many years before we decided to buy our own property 14 years ago.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I knew as soon as I walked into the gates of Villa Cassie that this villa was for me. I had looked at other villas in Los Mojones and Puerto del Carmen but they were all so alike without any views. So when I stepped onto the terrace of Villa Cassie the stunning views took my breath away. I also wanted lots of outdoor space so that my children could run around, ride bikes and play ball games. I found the inside of the villa very homely and cosy.The area of Guime is quiet and peaceful, so is lovely to sunbathe read and relax.
Unique benefits of the property
Villa Cassie is so convenient as it is so close to everywhere. 15 minutes into Arrecife, 10 minutes into Puerto del Carmen and 15-20 minutes to Costa Teguise. If you prefer to have a quiet night in we have a built in BBQ, an outdoor covered terrace and home from home TV channels, such as BBC1, ITV and Channel 4.
