About the owner
I first came to Los Gigantes in 1984 and fell in love with the village. My wife and I spend 9 months in Tenerife, and we try to maintain our apartments and villas to a high standard, and being resident (for most of the year) we can solve problems personally. We have a lot of repeat business.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our property is in the prime area in Los Gigantes. Centrally located, but at the end of a quiet cul de sac.
It has panoramic views, can be reached on the level with no steps and is within 5 minutes of the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars.
It has a large private community garden and swimming pool.
We have satellite TV, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channels 4 and 5
panoramic views with no steps.
