Will sleep up to 4 people, 2 x single beds and one double sofa bed, separate bathroom with over bath shower, 24hr security and meals are available in the hotel at very reasonable rates. On ground floor with a lovely patio area with table and chairs with direct access to pool area, fully equipped with air-conditioning unit, satellite TV and DVD player (DVDs also in apartment) large new fridge/freezer just put in, microwave and other extras including a kettle, iron and board, hairdryer, washing machine and safe. This is a lovely privately owned studio, you will not be disappointed. It has a pool view, just hop over our little patio railing and you're at the poolside. Only approximately 200m to the Harbour beach, Entertainment Nightly including Kids Disco, Kids Club available, Internet Access, poolside snack bar serving meals at very reasonable rates, downstairs restaurant at very reasonable rates, Launderette, 2 Pools, one is heated, Sunbeds with mats and poolside bar.

Accessibility
The studio is on he ground floor and can be accessed via a wheelchair, but hasn't been specially modified.
Outside
The pool area has the sun all day and has free cushioned sun beds. The poolside bar/snackbar is open all day and offers excellent meals, drinks and snacks service at reasonable prices.
Coast/Beach
The Santa Maria is only a 5 minute stroll from the beautiful sandy beach which offers all manner of water sports. Being situated at Puerto Colon means that there are some fantastic boat trips available. Shops, bars and great restaurants are all within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.
Travel
The studio is only a 20 minute drive from the airport with taxis available outside the terminal building (cost approx 25 euros). Reception will call a taxi for you on your departure to the airport, or at any other time.
Distances
Easily accessible to all areas of Playa de Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Adeje, either by car or by using the excellent bus service.
Further details
Although we are non-smokers we understand that some people may wish to smoke. All that we ask is that guests smoke on the balcony and not in the studio.
Access to the Apartment is from 2pm on the day of arrival and guests need to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Unless prior arrangement has been made with the owner
This enables our cleaners to ensure that the high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
