This stunning 3 bedroom, detached villa has a wrap-around, beautifully maintained garden with a large 9 x 4m heated pool, outside fully equipped kitchen with barbecue, well appointed bar, with 2 fridges so that you can stock up on your cold beers and wines. Outside dining and entertaining area, spacious outside lounge area with 2 large sofas, 2 easy chairs and a coffee table and fire for cooler evenings. All set under a pergola with fairy lights. A sunken hot-tub with variable speed jets and mood lighting. A full size pool table. There is also a 'sundowner' lounge area at the front of the property. As we tend to live outside more on holidays, we have paid special attention to detail in assuring that the garden area is as beautiful and appealing to everyone as possible. For day trips to the zoo or shopping etc the car is in the drive for your convenience at no extra cost, providing you have your own current up-to-date driving licence. Ask for further details.

| Bedrooms: | Three twin bedrooms. All rooms have built in wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the gardens. There are also two double sofas which open out in the lounge for extra sleeping accommodation. |
| Bathrooms: | Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. One with bath/shower, one with wet-room. One main bathroom, with shower. We have an extra large capacity tank to cope with plenty of showers! |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen contains cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils. |
| Utility Room: | The washing machine is located here, along with large outside sink, ironing board and clothes line attached to the wall. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/dining is bright and spacious. There are two cream leather sofas, a plasma TV with various channels. There is also a large dining table/chairs and coffee tables. |

Notes on accommodation
This villa is all on one level, making it suitable for all ages. However, please note that there is no child-proof netting around the pool, so the safety of your children are your responsibility.

Outside bar with fridge. Outside kitchen/barbecue with fridge. Outside lounge overlooking mountains at front of garden for sun downers. Outside lounge and dining area overlooking pool, golf course and sea views (wonderful!).
Coast/Beach
10 minute walk to the golden sandy beach via a safe subway.
lovely walk all the way along the beach into the centre of Caleta, which will take a further 15 minutes, or 20 minutes will take you along to the marina.
Golf
Las Salinas golf course and clubhouse is only 5 mins from villa.
Driving range. Putting green. Practice bunker. Clubs can be hired approx 20 euros. Round of golf approx 40/45 euros.
Travel
Airport is 15 minutes drive to the villa. Puerto Rosario 20 minutes drive. Corralejo 40 minute drive. Zoo 30 minute drive.
Jandia 40 minute drive.
Distances
10 minute walk to Atlantico shopping centre. 15 minute walk to Las Salinas Salt museum/whale skeleton and lovely local restaurant.
Booking notes
We require a deposit of £200 on booking, with the balance £800 payable one month prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive confirmation via email.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought our property in 2003 and have put a huge investment into what we feel is one of the most beautiful villas in Fuerteventura. We have come to know many bar and restaurant owners and would be happy to advise newcomers to Caleta where to wine and dine.
Unique benefits of the property
Whilst John and I like to go golfing, fishing and enjoying other water sports, our wives enjoy shopping and relaxing in the sun.
