Notes on prices
Pool heating is advised at 100 pounds per week, between 31st October and 30th April for a 2 person stay only there is a 20% discount using 1 bedroom only. Discounts can be arranged if staying over 2 weeks.cots and high chairs available 25£ per week. each.( the 20% discount does not apply at xmas/new year easter and school holidays)
Changeover day
We are flexible on change over days. On changeover days the villa must be vacated by 10 o clock. New arrival are welcome any time if villa is vacant, otherwise its 2 o'clock.

Children are welcome. This is not a non smoking villa.
Accessibility
Suitable for the disabled as their is wheelchair access and the villa is all on 1 level.
Outside
There are mature gardens. bbq area. Roof terrace and a patio area, the pool is 6m by 3m. Heating is optional at an extra cost.the pool has a pool cover to keep it clean and warmer. the pool has a depth sign and all conditions and also has a life ring.
Coast/Beach
The main town beach is only a 10 min walk away. The fantastic Corralejo dunes are a 20 min walk away. 5 mins by car.the hotel oasis papagayo is only 2 mins walk away.
Golf
There is a new par 3, 9 hole golf course only minutes from the villa. Also their are 2 other 18 hole courses a 40 min drive away.
Special interest holidays
There is a naturist beach only 20 mins away.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is a 40 min drive from the villa. Corralejo port for ferries to Lanzarote is a 15 min walk away by car - only 5 mins.
Distances
El Cottilo is only a 15 min drive away. with its old and new harbours. perfect 4 lagoons 4 the kids and great resteraunts very peacefull.. Corralejo town center is only a 10 min walk away. the capitol peurto del rosario is 25 mins away
Further details
Shops, bars, banks and water park. 3 bowling alleys, restaurants, crazy golf supermarkets and market are only a 5 min walk away.

A 25% deposit is needed to book, with the further 75% needed to be payed 1 month before arrival.
